Completely private 2nd floor condo located in building with 3 other units. There is a common entrance to gain access to the building an you will have dedicated access to our condo. High ceilings, natural light, huge windows, open-concept living area, and modern details make this historical home Nola-luxurious. Extremely comfortable beds with fresh linens, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi access, W/D in unit and desk for computer setup/workspace. SmartTV with access to your Hulu/Amazon Prime video accounts.
Guests will have access to the entire second story condo during their stay, including our private balcony. There is a common hallway upon entering from the street that will lead you to the staircase. At the top of the staircase is the private entrance to our condo.

Adjacent to the Lower Garden District, we are a block from the St. Charles Avenue streetcar, which will take you through downtown, to the French Quarter , further Uptown to Audubon Zoo, Loyola/Tulane Universities and the Carrollton neighborhood. Dozens of eateries, retail shops, galleries are just a short walk. Mais Arepas, Casa Borrega, Emeril's Delmonico, Miyako, Seed, Tacos & Beer - restaurants for every taste and budget! WWII Museum, The Ogden and Contemporary Arts Center are a few blocks away. Barrel Proof, French Truck Coffee, The Avenue Pub, Courtyard Brewery are within walking distance.
The streetcar, Uber, Lyft, taxi, biking and walking are all easy options to explore the city. Rent scooters from Avenue Scooters or light up bikes at Arts District Bikes (just a few blocks) - it's a great way to get around! Ample free street parking right in front of the condo means easy access and no need to move the car.
Guests must use stairs to access the unit on the 2nd floor.
Cleaning - cleaners are wearing disposable gloves and masks to clean and using disinfectant on surfaces before wiping clean. Our housekeepers are using bleach and/or alcohol solutions per CDC Guidelines. All linens are laundered with highest temperature.
Our cleaning team follows a checklist for each room to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
Building is a condo with 3 other units. Exterior cameras and hallway camera (on first floor) are present for security.
