Newly Decorated Top Floor Ocean Views!

Island Princess 706 is the perfect spot for your ideal getaway. There are many new updates and attention to detail. Enjoy three bedrooms, three bathrooms and the perfect patio to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean anytime of day.
We’ve added new king beds in two of the bedrooms, and a new set of twins in the third. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, it will sleep six adults and two children comfortably. The bathrooms adjoin each bedroom.
The 1300 square ft. unit has been updated with all new mattresses, linens, furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and new flooring in all the bedrooms. There are tv’s in each room and basic cable is provided along with free wifi. The dining table seats six and added seating at the large breakfast bar.
For 2026, Island Princess 706 provides free daily platinum beach service through La Dolce Vida from March 1st until October 31st for guest use. Two beach chairs, one umbrella and small table are provided. Open 8:00am to 6:00 pm weather permitting. Enjoy the sugar white sands of Okaloosa Island!
There are no pets of any kind allowed and no smoking or vaping in the unit or on the patio..
A nice amenity is the exercise room on the property and a grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills. The seasonally heated pool with sun deck and hot tub is popular with our guests.
Island Princess is only 20 minutes from the Destin/ Ft. Walton Beach. Airport and only 6 miles from Destin. Excellent restaurants, shopping and family friendly places to visit are a short drive.

This condo was fantastic in every way. The individual condo had everything we needed for a great vacation! The building was very well kept in all the common areas, including the pool and boardwalk over the dunes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Condo, had everything we needed, enjoyed our stay. The view was great from the master bedroom and the balcony. The two separate beds in the kids room was a lot better than a bunk bed. The beach was great with chairs and umbrellas. I would rent it again in the future.

The condo was perfect for our vacation and was exactly as the description stated. Check-in and check-out was very easy and the condo was extremely clean. The Owners were very responsive to any questions we had and was sure to communicate ahead of time if there were any maintenance that needed done during our stay. The beach shovels and toys were a big hit with the kids. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was great and I like that it only had 7 stories. The only thing is, we couldn't believe they did not have a ramp. We all had wagons and had to carry them up stairs and down the stairs. We have always had a ramp for wagons everywhere we have stayed.

My husband, kids and I came to Okaloosa to relax and enjoy the beach before Autumn Semester starts (my husband and I work at a college and our kids are college students). The view was beautiful, the condo was excellent, and I would highly recommend it.I especially loved the beach decor and the beach service!

This was our second time staying at the Island Princess. First time in this unit. Very nice, clean, no bugs. The pictures do not do justice for this condo. It was larger than expected! Bathrooms were nice and the tub was larger than pictured. Views were amazing. Would highly recommend and we would return.

Spectacular view!

The incredible views from this clean, spacious condo can't be beat! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Okaloosa and will be planning a return trip soon. The condo had everything we needed and the gulf-front location is amazing.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the room, beach and pool. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner around the floors and behind the doors and floorboards, noticed alot of dust. The washing machine was filthy, we had to clean dried soap scum off of it before using. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience!

We had such a great experience! The condo was very clean, and in a fabulous location. The description and items in the condo were exactly as listed. Jane the property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and will definitely be back again.
