Great house with spacious rooms and living areas. Although we didn’t cook it looked like the kitchen was well equipped. The balconies/decks were a bonus and lovely. The location was great and having your own parking spaces was wonderful. The area around the house is charming and very convenient.

We had a great last minute stay! The house is adorable, beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and layout worked well for a girls trip! The second floor has a living room and kitchen, bedrooms are spread across first and third floors. Home is well stocked with nice coffee and bath supplies. Would return! It's about 10 min walk to king st. but still in a cute area.

Loved this property! We had four Sr. adults. The space was generous for just the four of us. (there is plenty of accomodation for a larger group.) But it worked out great as we spread out and enjoyed using the whole house, It is well-equipped and comnfortable. We spent a lot of time outside on the porches too! The location truly is a comfortable walking distance from upper King Street which provides easy access to resturants & shops - plus free green-line shuttle to many other sights around the city. We had two cars. Included onsite parking (for two vehicles) was a big reason we chose this place. It was ideal. The Host is very responsive! Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re delighted you enjoyed exploring the house, relaxing outdoors, and taking advantage of the convenient location near upper King Street. Parking for two cars is a real perk in Charleston, so we’re glad it helped make this the right choice for your group. We loved hosting you and hope to welcome you back for another visit!

This is an amazing home and centrally located to anything you may need. This trip was for my niece and two of her friends who are getting ready to head back to college after summer break. They live in the Midwest and it was their first trip to Charleston. As always, the city did not disappoint and neither did the house! It was an awesome trip and the girls are already talking about the next one!

The house was great! Fantastic location - about a 10 minute walk to King Street. Lots of cute bars and restaurants in the area around the house. The house itself was clean and exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed for a girls trip. Would recommend this place and would definitely come back.

This house was beautiful and clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two suite bedrooms are as you walk in on the first floor with the kitchen and living areas on the second floor, and two additional bedrooms with a large shared bath on the third level. My only concern was that there wasn’t a vent on the second floor steps, third floor hallway, or in the bathroom. That made it rather warm and slightly stuffy. The ac in the bedrooms worked well and there were fans also. It was just the hall and bath that weren’t ideal. We had a maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately.

We’re also happy our team was able to address the maintenance issue right away. We’d love to welcome you back again!

Property was just as described. Great location! Property manager was extremely accommodating. We were traveling with an elderly parent who uses oxygen. Property management was so gracious to help us with the return of the oxygen supplies and we were so grateful for that. Highly recommend this property and property management company. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!
