This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends, we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Wonderful property. Very easy to access. Off street parking was very nice. Spacious accommodations. Everything like new. Very close to downtown and short walk to MUSC. I highly recommend this property!
This property exceeded expectations. The unit (107 Cannon St, "C") was beautiful and spotless, and the grounds were impeccably groomed. Parking was convenient, literally feet from the door. I was able to see "A" during our stay and it was just as spectacular. Would highly recommend this property and next time in Charleston with a large group would like to rent the entire house.
This listing was a great place to stay. It was attractive, clean and comfortable. Having the parking spaces was so nice. We had a question and received an answer very quickly. The stairs are steep and have two 90 degree turns, so not a good choice for anyone unsteady on their feet. Would definitely stay again.
The property did not disappoint. Beautiful inside. Modern with historic charm. Well appointed, clean and quiet. Just as pictured. Beds were super comfortable. Having 2 parking spaces on site was a definite plus. So convenient. Walking distance to King St. It will take 20-30 min to walk though. The host was great. Responded to any questions quickly. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay again
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Property has been beautifully renovated and maintained. Exceptionally clean. Excellent communication with property host. Kitchen well equipped including Kitchen Aid appliances. Porch delightful area to sit for morning coffee and looks on to lovely landscaped area to back of home. Two reserved parking spaces only steps from unit’s door. Excellent location: Within 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, MUSC, and King street. Air conditioning kept both floors comfortably cool during summer heat wave. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
