Orlando Tropical Villa is a tastefully decorated, elegant tropical easy living home, located in the family friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek, Kissimmee. This outstanding vacation home is located within 3 miles of Disney Properties.

Our sensational 1800 square foot home has 2 Master Suites plus 2 additional bedrooms, making it an ideal setting for 2 families or an extended family vacation. One Master Suite has a King bed and a private bath with access to the pool area through beautiful French Doors.


The Second Master Suite has a Queen bed with its own private bath. The other two well sized bdrms each have twin beds and share a full bath.

The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal to serve in your formal dining room. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with a SMART TV so that you can relax & chill out after your day of touring or visiting the multitude of world renowned attractions and recreational venues located in the Orlando area.

From the living room you can access the covered Lanai through French doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa (heating is an additional fee, see below), while sipping drinks and eating hot dogs and hamburgers prepared on your gas BBQ. (Free of charge) Lanai furniture includes a dining table with six chairs plus 3 chaise lounges to view magnificent Florida sunsets.

Tropical villa is the ideal vacation destination whether you wish to entertain and amuse your family members, or simply relax and bask in the Florida sunshine.

• Free high speed internet access
• All pool access doors have child safety alarms, and pool has child safety fencing.
• Separate laundry room with a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Indoor game room with regulation size slate pool table by Brunswick and a foosball table.
For additional safety, there are some cameras around our house but none of them are pointing to private areas such as pool or lanai to protect guests privacy.
Pool and Spa Heating is optional. Pool and Spa Heating is an additional fee of $25 per night plus taxes. Spa Heating only is $15 per night plus taxes. Pool Heating is recommended from October to April.

My friend and I came down for the weekend for the UCA High School Cheer Nationals. The house was 15 minutes from ESPN world wide of sports. Which was wonderful because that’s where we spent most of our days. The house was wonderful, plenty of space. The hot tub came in very nice for the weekend as we were in Florida during the cold front. Great communication with Sylvie, she was fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

The best way to do Disney with kids

Absolutely met the mark in every way. We had 2 master suites for parents and 2 kids rooms to sleep 4. Everything was well labeled, well thought out ahead of time and clean and ready to make us feel right at home. We spent our "between park" days enjoying the pool, grilling as well as plenty of entertainment inside when the thunderstorms rolled through. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing!

This place was amazing, anything and everything there. Comfortable beds room for all. We had teens and adult children with us and everyone loved it. Beautiful area, quiet and comfortable. House is out of the way of tourist feel, but close to the parks. Relaxing and perfect. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach, parks or an early morning dip. Bonus for the kids of all ages. Loved the spa heated in the evenings with a glass of wine to end the day. Great communication quick reply when had a question. Definitely will come back. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of dishes and cookware.

Conveniently located off of 192 with an endless selection of restaurants to satisfy any craving or stay in and cook dinner yourself in our complete kitchen. The house has been built in 2003. Water view is unique.
