This cute historic and newly remodeled cottage is situated in Old Town Cottonwood. It is within walking distance to boutique and antique shops, restaurants, wine tasting, and only minutes to Dead Horse State Park and River Front Park, for those who like to take long walks, runs, and/or bike rides. It is also within driving distance to Sedona (20 min) and Jerome (15 min). The cottage is at the end of a dead-end street, which offers quiet and serene days and evenings for your enjoyment.

The cottage also offers a front sun porch for your morning coffee or tea while you listen to the birds and running water nearby. And for your evenings it offers a back courtyard with table and chairs for your private happy hour time.

Why they chose this property

This home originally was moved down from Jerome, AZ in the late 1930's. It had two additions put on in the 1940's. I have completely restored the home keeping the quaintness character in tact. With a fully renovated kitchen and addition of a new full bathroom.
