“We have just returned from our stay in your lovely home at 3 Exchange Street. The location was superb and the house met all of our needs. Our friends stayed with us for three days and they loved the courtyard. I think they sat outside every morning they were there and enjoyed the delightful space. We especially enjoyed the nice kitchen and dining area. Thank you again for having everything ready for us and so nice when we arrived. We will definitely be referring you as a host and your lovely home to our friends who want to visit Charleston.”
Sincerely, Trese 2023

My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks with frequent company joining us. It is a very comfortable house and nicely decorated. The outdoor courtyard feels like you could be in Europe somewhere. The location is awesome. A block from Rainbow Row and a block from the Cooper river. Also walking distance to tons of restaurants.

Thank you so much Cheryl, it was a delight to host and your family. Location is everything, the ability to walk to dinner, shopping and all the sights is everything.
Don't miss an opportunity to stay in this classic historical property located steps away from the Cooper River, the Waterfront Park, Rainbow Row and the center of historic Charleston. The exterior of the property is classic Charleston, including a private courtyard for relaxing outdoors. The interior is high-end elegance. The furnishings and appliances are top of the line. The beds are all very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and beautiful. There are many windows and the house floods in sunshine during the day. You can easily walk to many wonderful restaurants and bars but the neighborhood is quiet and feels very residential. The owners are responsive, welcoming and friendly. They clearly love their home based on their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the property inside and out. It was a treat to be able to experience living in this home for the month of June. We hope to return soon.
