The interior of this Honua Kai "Ali'I" residence (Hawaiian word for royalty) blends the elegant charm of old Hawaii with the sophistication of modern master craftsmanship and design. An abundance of rich Hawaiian Koa wood enhances the experience. Step outside onto the massive 600 sq ft oceanfront balcony and enjoy the views while you prepare a sunset dinner on the built-in BBQ grill.

This residence accommodates up to 8 guests with a sumptuous king-sized bed in each master bedroom and two comfy queen size beds in the guest bedroom. The spacious open floor plan provides the perfect tropical retreat for families and friends to gather and reconnect.

Your party will have plenty of room to spread out in the 2260 square foot of interior living space. Hokulani 101 is within a stone’s throw of the sand and but a short stroll from Honua Kai’s many pools and amenities. Bathe in the warm Maui sun from the privacy of your own balcony because the spacious outdoor living area offers plenty of unobstructed tropical sunshine.

Each bedroom has an accompanying luxury bath for each party's privacy. The bathrooms are lavishly adorned with granite counters and glass and marble walk-in showers. Each master bath offers a separate soaking tub and the first master bath offers something only found in the most elite Honua Kai residences - an elegant free standing vessel-style soaking tub.

The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances including dual ovens, and a built-in wine fridge. There is plenty of space on the ample granite countertops and we have provided all the cookware & utensils for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious ocean view balcony or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Honua Kai occupies 38 pristine beachfront acres on the shores of Kaanapali’s North Beach so you’ll literally be just steps away from the tranquility of Maui’s shoreline. Stroll out to the beach to touch your toes in the soft sand or take a refreshing dip in the Pacific. An “Ohana Play Package” including Tommy Bahama beach chairs, BBQ equipment, and a portable cooler is provided complimentary.
