Tolle Wohnung auf Giudecca

Mit Vaporetto ohne Umsteigen erreichbar, grosse Räume, tolle Lage direkt an Kanal/Lagune. In der Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement, un accueil top de la part de C. & M. ! L'appartement est propre et confortable malgré quelques inconvénients (la hotte qui ne fonctionne pas, l'appartement en rez-de-chaussée dont les fenêtres côté chambre/sdb donnent sur la rue, etc…) mais qui ne sont que détails pour des vacances et comparés à l'incroyable vue sur la lagune depuis le salon!!

-moeilijk te vinden, alle huizen hadden hetzelfde huisnummer - onvriendelijke ontvangst door een dame die louter Italiaans sprak - ‘s avonds kortsluiting en veel en onaardig app verkeer nodig om een meterkast te vinden - alleen boven het aanrecht al 9 schakelaars waarvan we niet wisten hoe ze werkten, niks durven gebruiken, vieze afzuigkap ‘no touch’ - badkamerlamp zónder glas doorgebrand, kón niet werd ons gemeld. Bedlampjes neer moeten zetten - tijdrovend bootvervoer naar eiland

After checking with our local keyholder, we were explained that everything was clean and functional prior to guest arrival. It is true that on arrival the electricity switched off and was working properly again about forty or so minutes after the report. The keyholder did everything to help make the check-in and stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are sorry if the effort of our colleague did not meet your satisfaction. Fixing the extractor hood will take some time, although it will be done soon. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our services.

Guidecca Retreat

Very clean and comfortable. The weather was very cold but we came back each evening to a beautifully warm apartment. Kitchen well equipped, bed good, excellent bathroom. Short walk to the vaporetto over to San Marco. We have stayed on Guidecca several times but liked this apartment best, great views across the lagoon and to the boatyard-always something to watch! Don’t miss the Palanca bar for lunch, such good food...
