Enter through the Queen suite for a comfortable and restful sleep. The first floor also features a full bath and the private laundry closet. The second floor includes your living area, dining area, and full kitchen. The dining table is also great to use as a workspace when needed, and the home includes wifi and cable. There is even a private balcony to enjoy time al fresco.

Located 75 yards to the Tupelo Beach Access and 3 blocks to the center of Seaside with plenty of dining and shopping options. You are also only 2 blocks to the Seaside Adult Pool! This home is wonderful for honeymoons or weekend getaways.

Location Location Location

This carriage house was the perfect location. Beach access was so convenient and such a short walk. Being able to walk to Seaside restaurants and shops was wonderful.

Low key Spring Break

Highly recommend this place for 1-3 people. 1 street from main road so fairly quiet. No traffic and a little seclusion helps bedtime. Clean and well equipped.

great long weekend at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely 1 bd, 1 ba (both downstairs), two-level cottage. Everything was clean and looked new-ish, from the tiles in the shower to the dishwasher. My only negative comment is that there is zero space to put groceries for me ppl like me who pack food and only eat out occasionally. I had to put the toaster and coffee makers under the sink in order to clear up some counter space. But that is a minor issue compared to the cleanliness and safety of the cottage, which is a short walk to the beach access and a quick bike ride (or walk) to everything else that Seaside has to offer. Customer service was first-rate, too.

Beautiful carriage house, exactly as advertised. Minutes walking distance to city square, great dining and beaches. We would love to come back in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far one of my favorite places to stay in Seaside! I have probably stayed in at least 20 different homes over the years. Spice was perfectly decorated, clean, updated and the location was amazing. The owners recommended that we use the their balcony to watch the sunset and they were very friendly! Really easy check in too. Will definitely be staying here again! Loved it so much!
