Perfectly appointed for up to 4 guests, this carriage house is fully equipped for all you may need on your Seaside vacation including a full kitchen and laundry closet. Enjoy this detached carriage house with a private entrance and private gate to the Seaside walking trails. Combined with a premier location in Seaside, this beautiful cottage is calling your name.

Enter through the Queen suite for a comfortable and restful sleep. The first floor also features a full bath and the private laundry closet. The second floor includes your living area, dining area, and full kitchen. The dining table is also great to use as a workspace when needed, and the home includes WIFI and cable. There is even a private balcony to enjoy time al fresco.

Located 100 yards to the Tupelo Beach Access and 3 blocks to the center of Seaside with plenty of dining and shopping options. You are also only 2 blocks to the Seaside Adult Pool! This home is wonderful for honeymoons or weekend getaways.

"Spice" has a sister main house (1896 Sq. Ft., 4 bedrooms, sleeps 14) on the property called "Sugar". The cottages are available for rent separately or together, and there is a good chance there will be a guest in the main house during your stay. The video tour on this listing includes a tour of both the main house and carriage house. Only the carriage house will be available for your stay.

We absolutely loved Spice. It was an adorable house and worked perfectly for our group. I would not recommend Exclusive 30A, however. The day before, we thought we might need an extra room and in a panic, we asked Exclusive30A if they could help us either find a new house or upgrade to a larger property. We knew it was a long shot and a last minute ask. However, we were shockingly met with such an unwillingness to help from one of the staff members. She rudely refused to even attempt to help us out and was incredibly short and snappy towards us. It stood in stark contrast to the other rental agency we used to book the larger house. They were responsive, kind and so welcoming that it made for a fun way to kick off our vacation.As mentioned, this was an additional space to the larger, “main” house we rented and the guests staying in that particular portion were arriving a day later. Exclusive30A noticed that we did not have a car in the driveway and asked if they could release the house to be rented by others. We received this text “Please let me know if you are checked in are the home needs to be released as the property manager said it looks like you guys not there.” We were, frankly, appalled. We paid for the house. It doesn’t matter if we didn’t step into it. It was still a space rented by us for those days and the rental property was going to release it. They were difficult to work with and so unwelcoming. Would not recommend Exclusive30a

You booked the carriage house and not the main house, which was already booked to another guest. I believe our agent did explain that well. We had no intention of giving away your property at any time, but wanted to make certain you all were there and that the Property Manager was aware. The last thing we want is for you to go away unhappy! We are thrilled you loved Spice and your time with us and would welcome you back anytime. I think it was an honest misunderstanding - hope you'll have a change of heart and visit us again! Exclusive 30A

We had a wonderful trip, and the location of the property (short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants) was fantastic. The carriage house was clean and cozy with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a couch, TV, kitchen table, and kitchen upstairs. I would definitely stay again for a couples weekend away.

Cozy Cottage Beach Stay

This cottage was the perfect beach getaway! The listing holds true to the pictures, and the property was so convenient to the beach. It was also just a short walk to get to the main shopping areas and restaurants in Seaside. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first Seaside visit!

Highly recommend this place for 1-3 people. 1 street from main road so fairly quiet. No traffic and a little seclusion helps bedtime. Clean and well equipped.

Lovely gem of a place

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect. Beach just a quick walk across the street. I used Instacart delivery for a few groceries when I arrived, and the Seaside shops and restaurants were just a block away. The only thing I would change about this gem would be to provide two small beach chairs. (You can rent some but that seemed too much for just an hour or so on the beach.)

Cute Cottage!

This cute cottage is close to everything. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The beach is right across the street and only 2 blocks from the heart of Seaside. The shower is very tight but I loved everything else about this place, would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a few nights and it was a great location to everything needed. House was clean and cute. Bathroom was pretty small but lots of hooks for things to hang. Would recommend this place to others! Madison was very helpful with any questions we had!
