We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect with restaurants close by. It was a great choice for our family with teens. There was plenty to enjoy while still giving us a peaceful place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful stay being so close to the water was heaven. Our host, Eric was right there if u needed to talk. Very cozy, well stocked all our needs were met before we got there. Very peaceful an pristine water. Don’t hesitate to book
Absolutely wonderful stay. Such a nice setting. Lots of extra little things in the house to make things easier. Nice yard, deck, and dock so you could jump in the kayak whenever the spirit moved you, go for a swim or just sit on the dock with a good book. The host lives next door and he was wonderful. Responsive to any needs or requests but also respectful of our privacy. I have only good things to say
The cabin was simple, clean, and cozy. A great place to slow down, and enjoy a simpler lifestyle with a beautiful view of the lake. We hope to return during the summer when we can enjoy the lake fully.
We had a wonderful time
We do have one recommendation, need new mattresses.
Would definitely come back

Thanks for your feedback Jo-Ann. Glad you enjoyed your stay. All three mattresses are new, purchased in 2021. We've had great feedback so far but sorry they weren't to your liking.
Hope to have you back again.
Our family had a great long weekend at the cabin. Everything was just as advertised and clean and functional. We spent the days on the dock jumping in the pond for some swimming or else paddling around in the canoe. All in all a very relaxing stay. Thanks Eric for the hospitality!
It’s a small and comfortable cottage on one of the nicest lakes in the state. If that’s what you’re after, don’t hesitate. The host are great. We’ll definitely go back.
The cabin was just what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of work!! Just the right size to sit and relax by the water and enjoy an early morning or late evening canoe ride while the Eagle flew above us.
Perfect spot for day hikes or day drinking at the wineries. Then enjoy a bonfire with a glass of wine and talk about all you did and what you want to do the next day!!
Definitely recommend and will be back
Loved it, all of it. Taking coffee on deck overlooking the beautiful lake. Good fishing. I would recommend a few more spices, some trash bags and quart size baggies. Overall 5 stars. Im thinking of mabey booking another stay before summer ends..
Accommodations good for Up to the 3 that rotated Total of 7 competed.Dock was perfect for the 3 kayaks and one 12 ft Al boat.Food prep was easy for Poppa [89] Cool mornings but the portable heaters took the chill off. weather was good couple windy 4 fish caught. Going to have to try again.
Very clean quaint cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. Be advised that you’ll need to bring all cooking things like salt, oil etc. And that the outdoor shower is the ONLY shower. (It is right near the front door) but if you know these things in advance you can plan for it. A truly relaxing long weekend

Thanks Brandy. We appreciate your feedback. We have gone ahead and added the items you mentioned to our pantry along with a large covered frying pan.
I took my parents to the cottage as a 60th anniversary present. They met on the lake 65 years ago. We had a wonderful time time reminiscing about time spent on the lake. Eric was easy to reach and getting into the cottage was simple. Everything was clean and neat, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, and other basic supplies. There were outdoor amenities, such as a fire pit and a canoe we did not get to use due to the weather. Would love to come back here again sometime.
Cute vintage cottage right on the water with great views from the house/deck and fantastic large dock for hanging out and longer dock off to the side- perfect for looking for sunfish. There is a small ladder down to a sandy area (shallow where you get in- maybe 1.5 ft deep) in the water that was great fun for our young kids- they were exploring and splashing around all over! Easy entry if you want to go for a real swim too. The lake is crystal clear and clean. House itself is comfortable and the outdoor shower is actually a really cool feature.
This is a fantastic Lakeside home. The pond is your backyard and the fishing is outstanding. Eric was quick to take care of any needs upon request. The interior is very cozy with everything you need for your stay. My grandson loved the outdoor shower. Just keep in mind this is a smaller home if you are a larger group. Other than that great rental!
I almost hate the leave a great review so that this cottage isn't rented all the time, leaving room for me and my family to rent it.This was one of the most wonderful experiences I've had. It's not a luxury hotel, but a quaint, well-ordered, small cottage on West Hill lake.Absolutely wonderful.
The cottage was immaculate and had every convenience we could ask for. Situated right on the shore of West Hill Lake, my wife and I couldn't have chosen a more beautiful location to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
