Outside you will enjoy a private swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden, a wood or charcoal BBQ, and also a beautiful arbor located in the property on the banks of the Dordogne (perfect for an aperitif!). The property is completely private, fenced and access with electric gate.

A large house with an individual, separate and independent apartment is located on the banks of the Dordogne and 10 minutes walk (on the banks of the Dordogne) from the market of Ste Foy la Grande "most beautiful French market 2016" (Saturday morning). Its geographical location will allow you to discover Bordeaux (a UNESCO heritage city), Saint Emilion Medieval city its vineyards and its landscapes also classified as a UNESCO heritage site, Bergerac and all of Périgord as well as Duras and its Château as well as all the vineyards of Bergerac, Bordeaux and Duras.

The property is very walkable: the village center and a large shopping market are within easy walking distance. A large commercial center with all amenities is a 6 minute drive. Ste Foy la Grande SNCF station is 5 minutes by car (or a 20 minute walk.)


The apartment: 2 bedrooms (maximum 4 people with 2 beds = 140x190 x 2 people), bathroom and separate toilet, a large living room, terrace, American kitchen and garage for your car.

During your stay, the other part of the main house will not be occupied. You will thus have the apartment and all the green spaces of the house at your disposal.
