In a quiet environment, surrounded by green hills, La Roseraie is a pleasant contemporary house in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. With its enclosed park planted with trees and flowers in front of the house, its 2 terraces and its pleasant, bright, functional interior where nothing is missing...La Roseraie has everything to please! This gite 3 kms from the Dordogne river ideal for swimming, fishing and canoeing, and about 20 km from Rocamadour is a very pleasant place to stay to discover the many riches of this valley.House adjoining the owners' house and separated by 2 garages (one for the owners, the other for holidaymakers). House of 70m² with all the rooms on the ground floor: large living room (sofa bed with extra bed), with a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 bedrooms each with a 140 bed and built-in cupboard (possibility to add an extra bed in 90 in a bedroom with supplement to be seen with the owner), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. Electric floor heating, 2 terraces,
