exclusive townhouse, just 200m from the beach, with fantastic seaviews from private terrace, for 2-4 persons, a/c warm/cold, SAT-TV, free Wi-Fi, safe. New, superbly appointed town house in the old fishermen’s quarter of the village Conil - with fantastic sea view from the two private terraces.
With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers a comfortable holiday in the typical 'white village' of Conils - only 250 m from the beach
The equipment is very well: from the free WiFi internet to the modern kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob and sunbathing on the roof terrace there is everything you need for a great vacation.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90m wide, which can be combined into a double bed
Bathroom with shower, washing machine
On the first floor another bedroom with double bed, 160 cm wide, here is air conditioning available-
Spacious bathroom with rain shower en suite to the main bedroom
On the 2nd floor there is a modern, open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, induction hob (2 plates), dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils, dining table with chairs, lounge with sofa and armchair, smart TV with Spanish and international satellite channels, Wifi internet is provided free of charge.
A large glass sliding door leads to the small terrace with table and chairs - from the entire 2nd floor and the terrace there is a magnificent sea and beach view. A shade-awning is available here.
A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace protected by glass elements - sun loungers are provided. From here the sea and beach view is even more magnificent:
You can see the whole beach, on one side to Caños de Meca and in good weather conditions also to Africa

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren im Juli 2024 für insgesamt 9 Tage in der Casa Luna. Hier hat alles gepasst. Unsere Tochter wohnte im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und hatte dort quasi ihr eigenes kleines Badezimmer, meine Frau und ich wohnten im 1. Stock mit Privatbad. In der zweiten Etage die kleine, durch den Balkon aber größer wirkende Wohnküche, die mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist. Es fanden sich auch Waschmittel, Gewürze, einige Kaffefilter, Spülmaschinentabs (was vor allem bei später Ankunft sehr angenehmn ist). Zwei Sonnenschirme gab es ebenfalls, auf der Dachterrasse zwei Liegen. Der Blick von dort, aber auch von der zweiten Etage ist traumhaft. Man hat ein kleines Häusschen für sich. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, weil etwas von den nächsten Lokalen entfernt. Im Fischerviertel einige sehr schön hergerichtete Patios, ein Minisupermarkt um die Ecke, das Meer in ca. 7 Minuten. Einen kleinen Hinweis am Rande (und auch nur für die in Juli/August bisweilen sehr hohen Temperaturen: während die beiden Schlafzimmer gut heruntergekühlt werden können (im EG mit Ventilator, im 1. OG mit Klimagerät) wird die Küche im Laufe des Tages sehr warm und kühlt erst in den Morgenstunden wieder herunter. Da man in Conil aber ohnehin fast nur draußen lebt und isst, lässt sich das gut verschmerzen. Unterkunft und Aufenthalt klar 5 von 5, ab September sicher noch mit einem "Extra"Stern.

Kleines Haus im wund...

Kleines Haus im wunderschönen Fischerviertel. Der Blick von den Terrassen ist sensationell. Das Haus ist sauber, die Ausstattung funktionell. Ein zwei Details könnten gelegentlich ersetzt werden. Wir waren schon mehrmals Gäste, haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Experiencia perfecta en alojamiento junto a la playa y el centro

Si están buscando unas vacaciones inolvidables cerca de la playa, no pueden dejar de considerar este alojamiento en Conil. Nuestra estancia aquí fue simplemente perfecta, y no tengo más que elogios para este lugar. Lo primero que nos impresionó fue lo limpio y nuevo que estaba el alojamiento. Era evidente que se cuidaba hasta el más mínimo detalle para que los huéspedes se sintieran cómodos. Además, había una gran variedad de utensilios disponibles, lo que hacía que todo fuera mucho más práctico y agradable. La ubicación del alojamiento es, sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes. Se encuentra a pocos metros de la playa, lo que permite disfrutar del mar y la arena en cualquier momento del día. Además, también está a pocos metros del centro de Conil. El trayecto hasta el centro está lleno de encanto, y caminar por las calles concurridas y llenas de vida es una experiencia muy agradable. El alojamiento está situado en el barrio de los pescadores, su ambiente es tranquilo y relajado lo que permite un descanso perfecto. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que este apartamento no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida, ya que puede haber algunas dificultades de acceso entre las plantas. En resumen, recomendaría este alojamiento cien por cien a cualquiera que desee disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas junto a la playa, con momentos de calma y tranquilidad, al igual que de un gran ambiente nocturno. La experiencia en este lugar superó todas mis expectativas, y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita a Conil.

Sehr schönes komplett saniertes Stadthaus mit sehr guter Aufteilung (Terrasse mit Meerblick liegt auf derselben Ebene wie die Küche) und ebenso guter Ausstattung. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage im Fischerviertel ist perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

toller Ausblick im sympathischen Fischerviertel

Das Stadthaus im Fischerviertel hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Strand und zu den schönen Gassen der Stadt. Es ist optimal bei schönem Wetter, da es zwei schöne Terrassen gibt. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr klein, aber trotzdem war es schön, da wir die Terrassen viel genutzt haben.Die Bäder und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön. Die Atmosphäre des Fischerviertels, so mittendrin ist wirklich besonders.

Wir waren für eine Woche Ende Juli im Casa Luna. Wirklich super und modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne zentrale Lage in einer andalusischen Kleinstadt mit einer herrlichen Aussicht aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse. Einzig war in der Hauptreisezeit die Parkplatzsituation sehr unschön. Ein fester Stellplatz wäre wünschenswert. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne in der Nebensaison noch einmal wieder.

Con todas las comodidades

El apartamento era tal y como aparece en las fotos y estaba en perfecto estado. Tiene todas las comodidades para que la estancia sea muy agradable. La ubicación era muy buena ya que era muy céntrico y cercano a la playa , pero a la vez estaba en una zona tranquila y se podía dormir muy bien por la noche. Las escaleras pensaba que iban a ser mas incómodas pero la verdad es que no ha sido así. La comunicación con Jorge ha sido muy buena y rápida en todo momento y siempre ha estado disponible. En definitiva que es una casa a recomendar.

Wir waren im April für ca. 2 Wochen in Conil. Das schöne typische andalusische Haus mitten in Conil und dennoch sehr ruhig hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Gute, sehr moderne Ausstattung,hell und freundlich. Alles neu, alles fein und praktisch! Sehr sauber. Gute Betten! Balkon und Dachterrasse wunderbar zu nutzen. Fehlte an nix!! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Conil ist immer eine Reise wert, egal wie das Wetter ist ;-)) Fünf Sterne von uns!!

Casa Luna

Das Casa Luna ist direkt in den kleinen Gässchen von Conil gelegen. Zum Strand und zum abendlichen Treiben in den kleinen Sträßchen hat man es zu Fuß nicht weit. Casa Luna ist modern ausgestattet und hat zwei Dachterrassen, von denen man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We discovered Casa Conil through web search. My wife and I had been coming to Conil for a few years previously and had been seeking for classier accommodation in the heart of Conil. Casa Luna fits our requirements perfectly. It is near to and overlooks the main beach, and is a short walk to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, with a local convenience store just two minutes walk away (with a big supermarket about 5 mins away). The house,located in a quiet street among the traditional whitewashed houses, is superbly equipped, with everything a guest could need or want on a holiday (in our opinion), including two private beach facing terraces and air conditioning in the main bedroom (if needed). We have stayed twice and for as long as we come to Conil, Casa Luna will be our first choice.

Sehr schön!

Ich habe über Weihnachten 9 Tage im Casa Luna verbracht. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Balkon und Dachterrasse sind super, besonders natürlich für die wärmeren Monate. Auch die Lage ist klasse, denn Restaurants, Bars und Shops sind in höchsten zehn Gehminuten erreicht. Ebenso wie der Strand. Ich komme gern wieder!

Der Balkon morgens zum frühstücken, herrlich! Abends noch mit einem Glas Rotwein auf der Dachterrasse, toll! Oder auch morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee mit dem Blick aufs Meer, super! Tolle Unterkunft. Ich komme wieder!
