The villa "Golf and Sea" has been completely renovated in 2015.

The villa "Golf and Sea" is ideal for winter holidays, thanks to the warmth of the fireplace on the one hand and the conservatory adjoining the bright living room on the other. Here you can enjoy the sun at minus temperatures on the relax chair.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV and a Bluetooth stereo system.

The living room opens to the dining area adjoins, which offers sufficient space for 6 persons. The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances as well as enough crockery and cooking utensils, big enough to cook a menu for 6 persons.

Enjoy the built Finnish sauna for 4 - 6 people.

The garden is completely provided with a fence of 1m height. Through the south you can enjoy the sun the whole day here.

Leisure facilities in the park include the subtropical swimming pool and a tennis court, mini golf, several playgrounds and a.. With a giant trampoline, petanque courts and two bowling alleys. The wide beach is a gorgeous blank Terrein rise to the dragon. Whether the traditional kites, which stands majestically in the sky or the sporty four-liners, the giant leaps or quick trips allows for appropriate wind - here every amateur riders will get their money.

Golf: In the park is an integrated 9-hole golf course (A state) with a game length of 5 545 meters and a par of 70th In addition to the 'Driving Range on Water', where you can also practice under floodlights, there is a putting and chipping green.

Fishing: In the canals and channels around or directly from the garden, you can pursue your hobby in peace. From Den Helder drive boats on the North Sea out with the possibility for deep sea fishing.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Bei schlechten Wetter ist die Sauna die richtige Lösung.

Es war alles wie beschrieben und Top sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war nicht ganz günstig aber Preis zu Leistung ist ok. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Hölter war stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Objekt absolut weiter empfehlen.

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Julianadorp, weil das Haus, die Umgebung und die Nähe zum Meer für alle Familienmitglieder etwas geboten hat. Wir waren sowohl mit den Fahrrädern (mit geliehenem Cruiser für unser jüngstes Familienmitglied) als auch mit dem Auto für längere Strecken unterwegs. Wir haben uns in der Woche gut erholt, auch weil die Betten super waren. Nach dem Tag an der frischen Luft, haben wir den abendlichen Saunagang sehr genossen. Übrigens, die Pommes, Frikandeln und Kibbelinge sind sehr lecker und ein weiterer Grund mehr fürs Wiederkommen.

Erholsame Tage in Julianadorp

Wir haben eine Woche einen sportlichen Urlaub mit Rad fahren, joggen, Inlinerfahrten und Strandspaziergängen in und um Julianadorp verbracht. Abends haben wir die Sauna im Haus genutzt, viele Spiele gespielt und lecker gekocht. Das Haus, der Garten, die gut eingerichtete Küche haben es ermöglicht.Ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr ruhige Lage

Wenn man Ruhe sucht und einfach sich nur erholen möchte, ist die Umgebung sehr gut. Auch zum spazieren gehen mit dem Hund gab es viele Grünflächen. Leider ist der Weg zum Strand doch sehr weit. Es gibt keine Strandpromenade, wo man abends ein bisschen spazieren gehen könnte. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Familien Urlaub und gute Erholung.

Super Urlaubsdomizil mit allem was man für einen Urlaub mit Familie brauch. Ein Haus, was trotz des Wohnparks super ruhig liegt (alle anderen auch) und alles bietet was man sich wünscht. Super Ausstattung in super Lage.

Alles super!

Wir waren zu viert (alle Ü50) für 2 Wochen im Haus "Golf and sea". Der Ferienpark ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt. Gleich neben an ist der Golfplatz, ebenso ein Schwimmbad, Fahrradverleih, Minigolf etc. In der Nähe sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn man mit dem Auto zu einem der Strandaufgänge möchte, ist es sehr von Vorteil, dass es dort kostenlose Parkplätze gibt. Der Strand ist weitläufig, sauber und kilometerlang. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (und noch viel mehr). Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und zum Kochen ausreichend Utensilien. Wir hatten meist gutes Wetter und konnten den schönen Garten (komplett eingezäunt) und den vorhandenen Grill ausgiebig nutzen. Es gibt immer ein Plätzchen mit Sonne oder Schatten - was man gerade möchte und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Und bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es im Haus eine schöne Sauna, Bücher und mehrere Fernseher. Der Checkin (per Schlüsselsafe) ist super und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir können das Haus gerne und voll weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Relaxing Holidays

We stayed in this house over New Years. The house is very comfortable and cozy, which was helpful as the weather was quite poor during our stay. Everything was as described by the owners and the equipment was of good quality. We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the tasteful atmosphere a lot.

Urlaub im Golf and Sea

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Golf and Sea. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, einzig ein paar Topflappen wären nicht schlecht das man ein heißes Blech aus dem Ofen holen kann. Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Ferienpark und der Weg zum schönen Strand ist nicht weit. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auch in der näheren Umgebung. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit Frau Hölter war stets einwandfrei. Einen Hinweis noch, das Grundstück ist zwar eingezäunt aber kleine Hunde (wie unserer) können durch die etwas großen Maschen des Zauns schlüpfen.
