The Falls - Townhome 4 is an elegant 2-bedroom 2.5 bath end unit townhome in a unique community located on Sandy Lane in Sunset Crest on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados. The Falls is a small exclusive secure gated community with 24-hour security. There is a clubhouse with a lounge area, swimming pool, sun lounging area and a gym just steps away from the front door.
The townhome is tastefully furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday including weekly housekeeping services. The spacious open floor plan of the main floor features an Italian kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining for 6, living room, half bath, a/c and a private covered terrace for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms (only two bedrooms being rented under this listing) are cool, breezy and all enjoy en-suite bathrooms, a/c and built-in closets. The master bedroom with a king size bed opens onto a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee and it’s en-suite boasts both a tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Only one of these two bedrooms will be included in the two bedroom rental along with the master bedroom.
There is the convenience of a dedicated private covered car port.
Guests have access to the members only “Beach Club” located right on the beach near Holetown, just a short 12-minutes/1km walk, where they can enjoy the use of the pool, loungers, bar and restaurant. Within a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by car, the area offers a wide range of both fine dining and casual restaurants; a selection of bars and night club; local and luxury shopping; banking; coffee shop; medical centre; the Limegrove Lifestyle Center; and one of the biggest supermarkets on the island. The renowned pristine white sand beaches of the West Coast are just minutes away.

Fabulous end unit townhouse that is bright and airy. Super clean, well maintained and cared for. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, etc. The oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher worked great. Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size. The beds are all very comfortable and each ensuite bathroom extremely clean and in great working order. Overall, fantastic villa!

Property situated a short walk to Holetown and limegrove, situated close to bus stop and local amenities. The property itself has everything required for self catering if you want to. The pool area is peaceful and clean, but could do with getting some new furniture, as it is tired and damaged and on one occasion when leaving and hoping to wait for the taxi in the clubhouse room, it had been utilised by two young women from who knows where for what was described as a business meeting

The Falls is a great area to stay close to Holetown and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The facilities are excellent. The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a great trip is available. The only one minor issue is that the townhouse’s private outdoor area is opposite a road which can be noisy especially during the day. However, relative to the facilities that the accommodation provides, this was a minor issue for us. Communication was excellent. Would recommend.
