Sunroom Views, Dock Days & Cozy Nights
If you’re looking for a peaceful spot to unwind—with slow mornings, cozy evenings, and plenty of time on the water—this Hayden Lake home might be just the place. Tucked right on the shoreline, it has beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains and an easy, laid-back feel that makes it a great place to relax.
⸻
The House
The home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with three queen beds, making it a comfortable setup for families, couples, or a small group of friends.
⸻
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all the basics you’ll need, plus a few extras. There’s a griddle for pancakes, a blender for smoothies, and even a popcorn maker for movie night. Just bring your favorite toppings—we’ve got the bowls.
Dining & Games:
The round dining table seats up to eight and works just as well for dinners as it does for board games or puzzles. We’ve stocked a good mix of games if you’re up for a little friendly competition.
Living Room:
The living area is cozy, with comfortable seating, a fireplace for cooler nights (best to skip it during the dry summer), and big windows that look out toward the lake. There’s satellite TV and a small DVD collection if you feel like watching something in the evening.
Sunroom:
Upstairs, the sunroom is a quiet spot for reading, napping, or just enjoying the view. The built-in lounge beds can be used for extra sleeping space, and we also have air mattresses available if needed.
⸻
Outside
Deck:
The deck is a favorite hangout spot, with views of the lake and mountains. There’s a grill, a firepit, and plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the fresh air.
Dock:
The walk down to the dock is a little steep, so take your time. Once you’re there, you’ll find:
• Chairs, paddles, and life jackets stored in the dock box
• Kayaks, a paddleboard, and floaties—just let us know if you’d like to use them
• A slip for your boat, or if you’re renting, some marinas will deliver directly to the dock
⸻
A Few Things to Note
• Water: The house water is filtered from the lake and is great for showering, but we provide a water cooler for drinking.
• Wi-Fi: It’s satellite-based and works fine for email and light browsing. Not ideal for streaming or remote work.
• Dock Access: The stairs to the dock are steep, so be careful going up and down.
⸻
Whether you’re out on the water, sitting around the table with a puzzle, or just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the sunroom, this is the kind of place that invites you to slow down.

Hi I’m Jennifer 👋
My husband and I are both Central Washington natives who took a few year detour through Oregon before landing in what we now call our forever spot—beautiful North Idaho. We’ve been here for 12 years and honestly what's not to love!?
Together, we’ve raised four awesome kids and we’re now grandparents to three of the sweetest grandkids. Hosting on Airbnb has become a real family gig.! It’s truly a team effort—our kids are all hands-on and help keep everything running smoothly
Our family loves the outdoors—lakes, cabins, hiking, snowmobiling, campfires, s’mores… you get the idea. And we are in the right area for it! We’ve made so many happy memories in these spaces, and it brings us so much joy to share them with guests like you.
We hope you feel right at home and enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy sharing our spaces with you!

Why they chose this property
From the moment I first stepped onto this property, I felt something special. I could instantly picture my family spending sun-soaked summer days on the lake—boating, floating, kayaking, and simply enjoying each other’s company. I imagined quiet mornings on the deck, coffee in hand, soaking in the stillness before the day began.
There was something about the space that felt peaceful and welcoming, like a place where you could really unplug and breathe deep. I knew right away this wasn’t just another place. It was a special one.
It’s has been a special place for us, and we truly hope it becomes that for you too.
