Our two Hayden Lake homes (This listing and vrbo#2073625) are located in North Idaho; 18 miles away from Silverwood Theme Park, 17 miles north of Downtown Coeur d' Alene and 40 miles east of Spokane, WA. You can pack up the kids, stop at the store and move on in to your vacation home at Hayden Lake. Not only does a breathtaking mountain and waterfront view await you but a comfy 2 bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a popular open-floor plan. Enjoy the fabulous lake view while preparing your next meal. The kids will love their very own digs in our optional bunkhouse rental and even bring friends (sleeps 6). We provide propane for gas BBQ.

Day times will be filled with swimming off your own private rock or the newly built dock and sunning on the spacious sundeck. There are numerous water toys for adults and kids and lots of room to enjoy group activities or just kick-back and relax. Deck eating facilities, just off the kitchen, provide for BBQing and group food fests. Evening walks in 12 acres of private forest, deck sitting.

Enjoy super fishing off the dock or with the canoe. There have been consistent catches of 14-16 inch Kokanee (Landlocked sockeye salmon), trout, bass, northern pike and crappie.

Prefer a little less action and a little more serenity for fishing, cruising or just relaxing, consider May/June or September/October. Some of the best weather conditions and peaceful times can be experienced during spring and Fall. An added benefit to the beautiful Spring and Fall is our rates are considerably lower than the high season so you can enjoy an economical, quality stay.

WiFi: We provide free WiFi via Starlink satellite internet that was upgraded in 2024.

Lake Hayden Retreat

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, well equipped, cozy and had a beautiful dock and decks to enjoy the lake. The host was super responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect.

The Crow's Nest is a perfect place to stay to enjoy Hayden Lake. The house comes with a great view and boats that let you spend your time on the water. The accommodations are delightful and there is an eagle who likes to spend time in a nearby tree. Nothing could be more perfect.

Amazing summer getaway

Noi’s lake house was exactly what we were looking for in our end of summer getaway. We have two teenage girls and we had a blast swimming in the lake every day. There were great water toys available for us to use. The views are gorgeous and just as pictured. The house was very clean when we arrived and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The check-in process was very easy and Noi went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Perfect spot on the lake!

This adorable cottage was recently renovated and it is so well done! We loved having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water, watching bald eagles fly overhead, paddling over to the sandbar to toss a football, and renting a ski boat from the marina for wake boarding and surfing. Noi and her family were so friendly and welcoming, we felt like we were visiting friends. We can’t wait to come back next summer!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this Hayden Lake House. Thank You so much for sharing it with us! Kids loved the water, canoeing, and visiting the Sandbar. The grown ups loved the amazing deck and views and being centrally located to Coeur d'alene, Silverwood and Sandpoint for daytrips. Amazing property!

You cannot beat this location and view. You are steps away from the lake! The location is remote and peaceful for a romantic getaway! My husband surprised me with a long weekend here for our 5th wedding anniversary! You have access to several different water toys (our favorite was the sea cycle). The lake was pretty quiet even on Memorial Day weeekend. We met the owners and they were the sweetest people and very accommodating! We cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend!

Unexpected new love for Idaho!

In one word....wow! My husband, pup, and I road tripped from WI to ID to see family on the NE side of Washington and to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We were originally going to stay in Spokane but we were underwhelmed with what was available. We really wanted something on the lake and far from all the hustle and bustle and boy did this place hit that on the head. We felt a little boujee booking this place as it was a little more expensive than what we would normally budget for...but no regrets this place was worth every penny!The property is amazing, clean, well organized, and just big enough for us. The lake views are to die for. We caught a few bluegills and small mouths off the dock. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails nearby. The road up to the house is a little sketchy with all the curves and steep cliffs but just go slow and it'll be ok. We really fell in love with Hayden Lake and the nearby city of Coeur d'alene. We had no issues with check in or any issues at all in general. When we did message the host, they were very responsive!10/10 would come and stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

The location and views are amazing! The house was a perfect cozy spot for a family. Deck was great to lay out- and the water toys were great fun! The water is on the colder side for a swim. My favorite was relaxing in the hammock! Very comfortable king beds. Owners really pay attention to details- providing the little things like stuff to do a load of laundry and dishes. There are movies, games, and books inside so always something fun to do for the family. Kitchen is well labeled and equipped for cooking. Long drive in around the lake so definitely stop for groceries on the way in and then just relax!

What an amazing place...we'll be back!!!

This is a treasure of a spot. There was super fishing and we loved seeing the deer on the property. The water was a bit cool for swimming because it was May, but we had a great time with the various water craft that were available for us to use. My husband is a runner and loved the many miles of quiet roads to choose from. For the non-runners, there were various trails in the woods to hike near Mokins Campground. After active days on the lake, it was a treat to finish the day off reading in the hammock or visiting on the deck. The stars were incredible at night! The owners made us feel very welcome. We'll be back!

What a nice location on the lake

We had a panoramic view of the north end of Hayden Lake. One could sit in a lounge or chair and watch the weather come and go. One afternoon we witnessed a mature Bald Eagle circle over our house. Majestic! We also had regular visits by a small flock of Canada Geese. The site has a big 4 burner BBQ and it worked great. Be sure to buy some salmon to cook on it . Relaxing and far away from car noise/traffic. They have a good selection of paperbacks to read. The fireplace was great for mornings and evenings. Lots of wood on site. Interior heating worked well. Laundry area was handy.

AMAZING! The location is stunning, the accommodations were super clean and better than the pictures. We enjoyed watching bald eagle, osprey and an early morning moose swimming across the lake (no kidding). Beautiful Getaway

What a beautiful rental! Everything was perfectly clean, modern, well maintained and fully stocked for everything we needed. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We have stayed at other rentals on this lake and the beds were awful to sleep in. It was so nice to get a good nights rest, and sit comfortably on the couch. In the mornings, we drank coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful views of the lake. We Loved loved loved the canoes! While canoeing a bald eagle swooped down in front of us and caught a fish. We saw so many deer on the way to town. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had. It was perfect for a nice peaceful getaway for my husband and I. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We were overly happy with our stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful!

Amazing property. Large lot with many options with a huge dock. We rented a boat that was delivered to the property for fishing. The private beach is gorgeous. The dog friendly part was great for our Berniedoodle. We ended up extending our stay we liked it so much. The home was super comfortable with great views of the lake. Noa was great to communicate with.

Amazing Lake Home
