Absolutely terrific! Perfect for long walks and proximity to local attractions. Cottage is completely renovated and very nice. Can’t recommend it enough!
The cottage in Saltmills exceeded all expectations. Beautifully decorated, immaculate and cozy. Fantastic showers and beds. The kitchen is very well-appointed. It had everything we needed and then some. Four of us stayed here for two nights, and we all loved it. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Tom and Becci are welcoming and thoughtful hosts. They did everything possible to make us feel at home.
The cottage is truly wonderful.

Thanks Ellen, it was lovely to meet you and your family, and we are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back. Maybe next time you will be tempted by the sea swimming! Enjoy the rest of your visit to Ireland.

Jörg & Alexa, Thanks so much for your review. I hope you made it back safely and everything went well with your dentist. Hopefully we will see you again in the future. Best regards Tom & Becci
This cottage was the perfect place for my daughter and I to recharge from our busy travel itinerary. We loved the proximity to the Tintern Trails so we could take a break from driving! The fully stocked kitchen gave us a break from eating out and saved us some cash! Every detail of the decor is picture perfect! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious. The reading nook was perfect, with blankets for extra comfort! The hosts were warm and welcoming and kept us informed with directions and check-in procedures! We highly recommend this cottage for multiple couples or a family to rest and recharge! We wish we would have stayed longer!
This was my first trip to Ireland and after researching as much as I could without losing my mind, I decided to book the Garden Cottage for the west coast stay of 4 nights. From the very beginning Tom was so friendly and helpful I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with my pick. Little did I realize how my expectations were surpassed! The cottage was lovely, beautifully decorated with every amenity needed including the all important fireplace. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and heated bathroom floors were very welcoming after a day out. Extraordinary luck was favoring me on this trip and the weather was gorgeous, so venturing out into the Tintern trails around the property before exploring further was a real treat. I loved this place and will return some day for a slightly longer stay this time and having a host like Tom makes it even better!
The cottage was just as portrayed in the photos, beautiful, cozy and a perfect location from which to enjoy the whole area.
Becci and Tom were wonderful hosts, and we will definitely be coming back!
