Two floors of beachy chic awesomeness! This is a bright & spacious home with each of the 4 bedrooms having direct access to the outdoor decks overlooking your private beach. This 4 bedroom/4 bath oceanfront house is equipped with 1 king size and 1 queen size bedroom upstairs, and 1 king size and 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full) on the ground level. In an addition to the main kitchen, there is a kitchenette on the ground level which is incredibly convenient. Complete with linens, beach towels, chairs, toys, bedding, and appliances. (Fireplace decorative only.)

Wonderful experience

The pictures did not disappoint. The property was beautiful and the location breath-taking. We saw dolphins on multiple days, pelicans, crabs. The hosts were great and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

End of Summer Multi-Family Beach Trip

We had such an amazing trip to South Ponte Vedra. The house was everything we hoped it would be. It was super spacious and perfectly constructed for a multi-family trip. You couldn't ask for easier access to the beach. It was only a few steps off the back porch and the beach itself was great. During our stay, no one else was set up within 50 yards of us. It was so nice to be able to relax on an uncrowded beach. Everything about our stay was great and then on the last night we actually got to witness baby sea turtles hatching right next to the house. Talk about a magical ending to a perfect trip. We will hopefully be staying here again for years to come and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Not bad but can improve

Let me start by saying that Kelley was fantastic. Always promptly answering any questions. As far as this property; the proximity to the amazing beach is wonderful. St Augustine is a short 12 minute drive which was great as well. The beds and couches were comfortable. If you plan to cook in the kitchen you need to bring everything you’d need. Cooking oils, Tupperware/foil etc and any tools that are not baseline kitchen utensils. The stove and fridge do need updating. Overall the home was comfortable and we enjoyed our week.

Great location/ Disappointed in house

We loved the beach and proximity to town. The house was very disappointing. My heart sank when we pulled up. It only sleeps 7 adults maximum. The bunk room is only suitability for kids but not for adults. The furniture was old and dirty. Showers had mildew. Toilets need a good cleaning. Rugs and bed linens looked like they haven’t been changed in a long time. Will definitely return to same area but not this particular house.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation. The host was excellent and answered any concerns we had promptly. The kitchen was well stocked. The property was exactly as described. My family would stay there again.
