Modern terraced house with fantastic views and communal pool Casa Vista Africa is a newly built terraced house which offers all the comforts of a modern home and stunning views across the surrounding countryside and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The light and friendly lounge-dining area is the heart of the house. It has a large (50``) flat screen tv, fibre optic Internet access (up to 300MB download) and air conditioning (hot and cold) and can be kept at a pleasant temperature all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven. Additionally the kitchen counts with the most common "kitchen helper" like, mixer, nespresso machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. The terrace is accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge. It is equipped with beautiful Moroccan furniture and also offers amazing sea views. From the terrace you access the corner with lounge area. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. On the first floor we find the master bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom en suite and a small balcony (with a small table and 2 chairs) with sea views. The second bedroom with two single beds is also located on the first floor. As well with balcony and sea views. The third bedroom with two single beds is on the second floor with as well stunning sea views and has a bathroom ensuite. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The best spot to enjoy the warm summer evenings or spend the day in the slightly cooler seasons is the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. It is equipped with comfortable sun beds and a sunshade roof. The communal pool with lawn area and palm trees is located slightly above the street. (pool is open all year round)
