Contemporary chalet located in the heart of a small, typical hamlet. Located on a well-exposed, southeastern slope. Beautiful, unspoiled meadow setting. Highly comfortable. Warm mountain character. Ultra-cozy and charming. Plenty of charm. High-quality amenities. Vast and pleasant natural outdoor space. Charming cottage 1km from the slopes (link to the Olympic resort of Les Saisies / vast Espace Diamant ski area and its 190km of slopes). 3.5km from the slopes of Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Montjoie (ski area straddling Savoie & Haute-Savoie at the foot of Mont-Blanc). 8km from Arèches. Free shuttle on site in winter. In the heart of the Beaufortain, a true "little Savoyard Tyrol". Ideal for exploring the summer by bike or hike in several massifs (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Tarentaise, Mont-Blanc, Aravis, etc.). Many legendary passes! Pleasant, preserved natural setting.
