Wonderful house to stay at in Boulder. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Great area in Boulder, not very far from anything. Would highly recommend staying here.
Great long weekend stay at Pat's place. The place was clean, had all the essentials, and was in a very convenient location in Boulder. The BEST part was the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The place was perfect for our group of 6. Easy access to Boulder activities and university. Great backyard for hanging out. Patrick was good to deal with. Would stay again.
Patrick's home was exactly what we needed! We very much enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us while we visited our daughter at college. The house was laid back and comfortable for our family of 4.
Everything about this property was easy—communication prior to our trip, checking in, and the actual stay. We were traveling with children and there was a travel crib, playmat, and double stroller provided. The property also had a bathtub for the littles. It was clean and comfortable.
Had a great time at the house! Very convenient location and the hot tub was a hit. However it was not cleaned very well when we arrived and we had to wipe down the counters before use. The owner also lives nearby and showed up at the house several times without warning, but he was very nice. Great time though! 🙂
Perfect place for a weekend getaway to Boulder. Place was clean; host was friendly and courteous. Slept like a baby all three nights.

Oven didn’t workLeak in bathroomLeak in fridgeUncomfortable living room furnitureBack yard very peaceful and great for dogs, sitting, grilling and enjoying hottubPretty view from living room
The good: host was very responsive, hot tub was nice and hot, lots of towels, plenty of space and hot water for showers. Heaters for each room, lots of blanketsThe bad: Not cleaned. Sheets were dirty and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Floors weren’t vacuumed and swept, leaves/dirt in hot tub, no soap for the dishwasher, no wood for the fire stove
Owner agreed to early check in because my family was arriving to Denver late night, like about 11 pm. All was well, but the owner was sleeping on an air mattress on the floor when we arrived. He said we weren’t supposed to be there until the following day at 4
Enjoyed this place. Convenient to downtown and foothills. Easy access to public transportation.

Great location
The house was adequate for our stay. The sink in the master bathroom was too small to wash your face adequately. There were only 4 spoons so we had to keep washing spoons. The location was great. There was easy walking access to shopping and dining. The bus stop for the airport bus was just across the street.
This house was perfect for our visit to Boulder for a wedding. We were three adults plus three kids and there was plenty of room - though definitely note the pictures of one of the bedrooms, it is a daybed, a couch, and a separate twin mattress. My two boys were totally comfortable but I did want to point that out that adults might prefer a larger bed. We loved the hot tub and the space in general was overall perfect. The location is incredibly convenient - about 10-15 minutes to Pearl St., a short drive to several amazing hikes - and has an awesome view out the front door. But do note it is right off of a fairly busy street (we weren't bothered by the noise or the location at all though). Communication with Patrick was great! Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely return when we're back in Boulder!

About the host
Hosted by Patrick Allen Abramson
I am a professional snowboarder for the past 29 years. I moved to Boulder in 2004 to head coach the University of Colorado snowboard team. I bought this house in 2009 because of the view and its close location to the University. I the winters I travel the world snowboarding for several companies. I also am a professional snowboard instructor for Vail resorts. In the summer I own an irrigation business that services the Boulder area.
Why they chose this property
The view from the living room window of the Flatirons is one of the best parts about this property. I would say second is the location and easy access to the best parts of Boulder. Third is the salt water hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The view, the parking, the bus stop, Saltwater hot tub and the proximity to the University of Colorado
