Facing the sea in Sète, 180° view, cosy apartment for 2 to 4 people in the town center

On the front line, with a dominant and 180-degree view of:
- the marina on the left,
- the sea as far as the eye can see in front of you,
- and the sea theatre on the right,
this 40 m2 accommodation is designed to accommodate 2 people in a very comfortable way; the sofa bed allows you to sleep 2 additional people if necessary.

The location is ideal, close to the city centre (the Halles de Sète is a ten-minute walk away), and close to several beaches.

The car park, complicated in Sète especially in this district, is no problem for the residents since the apartment has a closed box in the garage, at the foot of the lifts.PGJyPg
The swimming pool of the residence, access to which is reserved for occupants, is open from June 1st to September 15th.

The apartment is very well equipped, functional, comfortable and warm. All the equipment is present; you almost just have to bring your swimming costume and beach towel: dishwasher, washing machine, television, DVD player, connected speaker, oven, microwave, Nespresso and classic coffee makers, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, kettle, toaster... and everything you need to cook and taste the local specialities.
Note that the toilets are separate from the bathroom.

The region is very rich in culture, entertainment and landscapes. The hardest thing is to make choices!

You will enjoy taking your meals in the loggia facing south-east, glazed and which can be opened to the south and west. And if the temperature rises a little too much for your liking, the air conditioning will allow you to wait for the return of a certain coolness at the end of the day.

The room is very small, like a mountain cabin, as is often the case in Sète. But we have tried to decorate it well to make you forget this flaw... and you will only spend the night there!

In the library, we have created an office area, not to remind you of bad memories, but because life does not always stop during the holidays!

And if there is one thing you will remember if you have a crush on our apartment, it is the exceptional view it will offer you; So, after discovering it ourselves, we tried to put the rest up to the level of this view...
