About this property

Luxurious double chalet near the Krimml Waterfalls

You reach the respective chalet via a common anteroom on the ground floor level. From the cozy living room with sofa corner, large dining table, TV with Wi-Fi reception, fireplace and exposed roof structure you can reach the gallery or the large family room for 4 or 6 people via wooden stairs. All rooms are made of high quality Swiss pine, some beds up to 210 cm long, with TV. Each room with shower and toilet en-suite (in the family room separate toilet) and hair dryer. From the living room you can access the beautiful wooden terrace with lounge furniture. The kitchen is also connected to the living room. It invites you to cook for the whole family, fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher with tabs as well as a fully automatic coffee machine and kettle, tea bar, detergent and tea towels. You can enjoy a sauna in the chalet's own sauna or let our infrared spa tower warm you up. Washer and dryer can be shared by both chalets (ironing board and iron are available). Our special highlight is the outdoor whirlpool which can be used free of charge by both chalets (enter on the list). In the ski room there are sufficient ski boot dryers as well as shelves and holders for skis and snowboards. There are a total of 5 parking spaces in front of the house.

Prachtig en ruim huis, alles aanwezig, netjes en schoon. Lekkere bedden, goed bonen koffieapparaat, mooie badkamers. Op loopafstand van winkels, skiverhuur, skibus, apres ski. Fijn contact met de beheerder. Tip: 5e slaapkamer moet door de 4e kamer. Werken is lastig vanwege matige internet verbinding.

Wunderschönes Chalet nahe der Krimmler Wasserfälle

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in den Chalets! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Zimmer groß und mit eigenem Bad. Alles ist sauber und bietet genügend Platz, um mit einer größeren Gruppe Urlaub zu machen. Alles wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Auto kann man direkt vor der Tür parken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr edles und stilvoll eingerichtetes modernes Chalet

Wir waren über ein Wochenende dort und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Es befinden sich insgesamt 6 Parkplätze vor dem Haus, um das Auto kostenlos dort abzustellen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz (5€ pro Tag) Mit der Kurtaxe (2€/Person) erhält man kostenlosen Eintritt zu den Krimml-Wasserfällen, sowie dem direkt benachbarten Freibad mit Beachvollyballplätzen, uns sogar einer kleinen MiniGolfAnlage. Der Zugang zur Chalet erfolgt via elektronischem Chip. Die Terrassentüren haben praktische Fliegengittertüren (zum Schieben) integriert. Der Whirlpool (für bis zu max 5 Personen) ist neu und in der Zeit von ca. 11-22 Uhr nutzbar. Es befindet sich alles was benötigt wird, im Haus. Es gibt mehrere Bäder und Toiletten sowie in jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher. Auf der Terrasse gibt es genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, welche sich großteils unter dem Dachvorsprung befinden und man somit auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Es gibt insgesamt 12 Schlafplätze in Betten. Preis/Leistung ist gut.

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Chalet

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Chalet war einfach traumhaft! Von der Lage bis zur gemütlichen Einrichtung hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und zuvorkommend, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Wonderful!!

Our family group of 10 stayed at Oberkrimml for 3 nights in August and had an amazing time. The home is spacious and has everything anyone can ask for (sauna, hot tub, a patio for visiting). It was super clean and the pictures give a good idea of the home. The location has incredible views of the Waterfalls and the mountains, and is walking distance from the entrance to the falls. It was fun to see all of the hikers and cyclists pass by. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

Super Chalet and Super Host

For more than 10 years together with two other families we are going to Alps for our annual ski vacation (fashing). And this accommodation has been by far the best one ever. Clean, roomy, central, close to stores and restaurants, in a nice little village and close to a great ski area. We cooked a lot and spent all together a lot of time together in the living room or enjoyed the sauna or whirlpool. Everything is like it has been promoted and Christine was reachable by phone with good advice or helping hands. We hope it won't be the last time being there!
