OCEANFRONT AMELIA SURF & RACQUET CLUB - Enjoy true Florida vacationing in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath fourth floor unit with elevator access. Located in the desirable Amelia Surf & Racquet Club community on South Amelia Island which features 4 clay tennis courts, two oceanfront pools, picnic areas, and a private beach walkover. The condo boasts expansive oceanfront views with balcony access from both the living room and bedroom.
This condo features stunning views of the Atlantic ocean through most of the unit. The living and dining space is an open concept allowing guests to enjoy spending time together while cooking and relaxing in the condo. The bedroom has a queen bed with ocean views and access to the balcony. There is a pull out sofa in the living for additional sleeping space.
The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort community that is meticulously maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 resort style swimming pools and 4 tennis courts, in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns. Tthe Surf and Racquet Club is also just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.
For your convenience, the unit is outfitted with an iron and ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryers, and beach towels for use during your stay.
Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool, barbecues, tennis courts, and beach walkover.
Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, and trash bags.
