The house is a 2 minute walk to the dunes and another 8 minutes through dunes and across the beach to the sea. About 25 minutes by car from Cape Town. It is a semi-detached house and in this listing the larger part of the semi-detached house with 200 m2. The house is rented for 4 people. It has 200 square meters of living space and a large garden with pool, as well as 150 m2 of balconies and terraces, trampoline and table tennis. Paradise for riders and surfers.
