3 Bedroom Villa on Sea Palms Golf Community with access to Pool and only minutes to East St Simons Beach and the Pier/Shopping via Frederica Road and Demere Road. All ground floor access with screen porch off Kitchen and Large Family Room dining area. FLETC per diem welcomed.
