Private guest suite in our downstairs apartment that has been newly renovated for your comfort. Private deck with hot tub and seating areas for your exclusive use. Located just a three minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 15-20 minute drive to Asheville. This studio features a kitchenette with butcher block counters, sink and live edge shelving. There is a bar area with seating. The living room area has comfy chairs and is near the king sized bed. Private bathroom with shower and changing area. Bring your flip flops and robe for the hot tub!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a little mishap, and the host worked with us through it allowing us to still enjoy our time. Also the banana bread waiting for us when we checked in was delicious because we were starving!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to relax, reconnect, and celebrate his 40th birthday. Our host went above and beyond by fulfilling my request to have birthday decorations, champagne, and my husband’s favorite cake with candles waiting upon our arrival. The location was perfect with only being a short drive downtown and other local attractions. We will definitely be coming back!

The room was great. Perfect for two people. Loved the hot tub. Driveway is a little tough to navigate in the dark, especially when you are leaving and have to back out. Some lighting on the driveway would be helpful.

Everything was spotless. Hot tub was clean. Quiet and peaceful setting. Denise, our host, met with us upon arrival and provided details regarding the hot tub and the property.
