This spacious villa has a private pool and a beautiful view. It is the perfect choice for those who want to relax and enjoy nature.

This holiday villa, which is located on a plot of no less than 3000 square meters, is large enough for 9 people. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, you have plenty of space here with family or friends. Also because this spacious holiday home is surrounded by a – beautifully landscaped! - big garden. Furthermore, one of the two large terraces is covered and equipped with a comfortable lounge set, so you can sit outside at any time and enjoy the great view. The cooking options in this villa are endless. You can choose to cook inside. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare the most delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and kitchenware. The dishes do not have to be done by hands, because this villa also has a dishwasher. Cooking outside is of course also an option. Here you can use the barbecue for the ultimate holiday feeling. This villa is also ideally suited for a holiday with children; they can enjoy themselves in the garden on the swing and on their own football field, complete with goals. And then there's the tastefully decorated, heated private pool; the best guarantee that they too will have a great time!

The area offers plenty of opportunities for fun day trips in the area. Think of an extensive climbing and clambering course, a castle, a ruin of a Gothic castle, a bobsleigh track and walking routes in all shapes and sizes, for example in NP Cesky Raj. Do you fancy a day at the zoo with the kids? At 22 km you will find Safari Dvůr Králové, highly recommended! Be surprised by an off-road safari tour or find your way through the African wilderness. For beach fun you can go to the Dolce beach in Trutnov (20 km) and during your winter holiday you can visit the ski area Vrchlabi, Špindlerův Mlyn or Janske Lazne 15 km away. The supermarket is not far, it is only 5 kilometers away. However, with the comfort, the wonderful atmosphere and the unique location of this charming villa, it is almost a shame to be on the road too much!

Nice house

Very nice House for a great vacation. Especially the areas downstairs are great. Very well equipped kitchen, the pool is awesome and you have lots of space.

Luxurious holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely house. the pool was clean (and without chlorine) and approximately 1.2m deep, 24 degrees Celsius, and provided many hours of play for both children and adults. The perfect way to cool off in the summer heat. The house is located in scenic surroundings and it was very quiet. It is 10 minutes from grocery shopping and approximately 1 hour's drive from larger cities with shopping. the house was well equipped and we slept well in the (perhaps a bit hard) beds. The manager was nice and understanding of the broken German 😜.

Huis in tjsechie Park Nova paka.

Het was een super mooi huis met verwarmd zwembad prachtig. Alleen het weer was minder. Zeker een aanrader. Wij hebben 2weken geen tv kunnen kijken de eigenaar had iets???meegenomen dat we nodig hadden voor de tv en dat was vervelend.

Very nice house in a beautiful area

Our two families had a really nice week in this house in Stubna. It feels less like a rental house and more like borrowing someones holiday home since the house is quite obviously also used privately by the dutch owners. The house has such a cosy feel to it, and staying two families worked out really well, since there are two bathrooms on the top floor. The house policy of using the supplies and replenishing when necessary is also a very nice touch. We unfortunately had some trouble getting into the house due to missing papers and misunderstandings from the agency. The pool was a bit algae-ridden when we came, but the nice caretaker fixed it in a couple of days. Other than that a perfect stay.
