Surfing, sailing, canoeing, padlle, Mini-golf, tree climbing park...<br><br>The house consists of a living room dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, fully equipped, 3 bedrooms with bed 160 and storage, 1 shower room, a separate toilet and a television room.<br>An outbuilding with 2 bedrooms each with a 160 bed, and a bathroom with toilet.<br><br>Three terrace areas are at your disposal, one to the east unshaded where you can have breakfast and two (garden furniture and dining table 8 people) facing west, in the shade of the trees.<br><br>The relaxation area is located at the back of the house facing nature.<br>The solarium area around the pool is equipped with 4 sunbeds, a beanbag and a large parasol.<br>Afternoons swimming, relaxation and plancha and barbecue evenings are yours.<br><br>Large expanses of grass delight young and old alike for sports sessions or outdoor activities, the meadows are perfect for kite flying and the spaces around the house are ideal for games of pétanque.<br><br>Your pets are welcome, however, note that the grounds are not fenced and that three streams border the property.
