We love to attend the Shakespearian Festival every year in Cedar City and this is the third time we have stayed in this lovely basement apartment. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and has easy access to the festival, stores, eating establishments, etc. The hosts are very interested in making sure everything is comfortable and inviting. Although we never cook, there is a well stocked kitchen and fun toys in the bunk room.

This space had everything we needed. Nice private entrance with good lighting. Beautiful lawn. Plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils. A nice variety of coffees for the keurig. Beds, linens, and pillows very comfy. Great location. It didn't bother us at all but you can hear people upstairs from time to time. Hosts very nice. Would absolutely stay here again.
