We rented the home for a week for a family vacation with 12 people staying at the home. Lots of room, very clean. Minor issue popped up during week and owner was quick to address and resolve the issue. About a 25 minute drive to Disney parks, toll free. Water park was nice for younger kids - tweens and younger. Overall good place to stay and would book again.

The house was great. The game room in the garage was a big hit. Having it air conditioned made it enjoyable even during the summer heat. The house was decorated beautifully. My only issue is the beds in the two rooms on the first floor were very high. I have elderly parents and typically book houses with bedrooms on the first floor for them. Had they been with me on this trip they would not have been able to stay in either room on the first floor due to the bed height.

Overall the property was great and Alex responded quickly to concerns My only complaint is that remotes were missing battery covers , a few dusty corners, parking was competitive with other homeowners and other renters. The pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Make sure to add additional hear for spa . My trip was cut a day short for medical emergency. I would return for a future trip .

Great communication and fast responses from host.The house was as described and really clean when we arrived. Furnishings were comfortable and plenty for a large family.We paid for the heated pool and the water temperature was perfect.Mattreses and pillows are really comfortable but most beds were noisy getting in and out and moving around.Would not hesitate booking the same house in the future.

Our two families of 4 enjoyed this house for the week. The outside space was our favorite with the pool and hot tub. The game room was also a highlight. We liked the open concept kitchen/dining/living room downstairs and also the fact that the kids could escape to the upstairs for their own comfortable space. The property manager was responsive and attentive. The area had plenty of activities and great places to eat.

Perfect for large family gatherings

I loved that it was child friendly, I have two autistic little ones that find new places challenging, this time was different. They settled in quickly and their enjoyment made our whole vacation perfect. Very clean and the owners were amazing with questions and concerns.

Great Stay

There were three families with a range of ages for our children. Our stay was fabulous. They children had a blast in the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. This was a great spot to stay for a cheer competition/Disney retreat. We were close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle.
