Saubere, zweckmäßige Unterkunft in toller Lage im Zentrum von Plevenon und dennoch sehr ruhig durch das schöne Grundstück. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge, ein kleines Restaurant, Bäcker und Metzger sind fußläufig in der Nachbarschaft erreichbar. Die freundliche, unaufdringliche Art des Vermieters machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Internet stabil. Rundherum alles prima finden mein Hund und ich.Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt vorgemerkt!

Le cadre est magnifique. Le propriétaire sympathique. Notre choix de location étant finalement pas dispo il a été possible de disposer du gîte du dessus. Location propre. En revanche le lit parental meriterait un nouveau matelas ( ressorts abîmes) et il est decevant de se retrouver avec des.couvertures en laine sur un drap. Ce n'est pas hygiénique car non lavées entre deux. On ne sait pas qui ou ce qui a été fait avant et ce n'est pas sain. La housse de couette a le merite de preserver du contact direct. Nous avons dû acheter une couette le 2e jour. Vraiment dommage. Le propriétaire a été sympa malgré tout. Les locataires du dessous ont été bruyants donc globalement nous avons mal dormi. Le gite était grand et bien équipé toutefois.Peut être serait-ce judicieux de preciser que tout doit etre amené ( papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, torchon). Vu que notre gite ait été finalement indisponible, le propriétaire nous a gentiment fourni le inge de lit. Nous le remercions.

Le gîte est situé dans un village tout à proximité du centre où se situent les commerces de première nécessité (boucher, boulanger et épicerie) et surtout très proche des sites d’intérêts majeurs du secteur : cap Fréhel et son phare, Fort la Latte, plages des Grèves d’En Bas et celle de la Fosse, Erquy et tant d’autres. L’endroit est très calme et très agréable, la propriété est vaste et dans un cadre de verdure campagnard, fantastique pour ceux qui aiment être loin de la foule! L’équipement est adapté aux besoins. M. Le Mire est très sympathique et a été particulièrement gentil lors de nos échanges sur la réservation et également notre arrivée en avance.Je recommande vivement cette location !

Olivier ist ein ausgesprochen netter und kontaktfreundlicher Vermieter. Er hat uns direkt bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und auch bei den darauffolgenden Tagen mit smalltalk und Informationen erfreut. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Nebengebäude auf seinem Anwesen mit schönen Blick. Allerdings ist das WiFi quasi nicht existent, auch nicht auf der Terrasse. Alles war, wie im Expose angegeben, da und funktionierte. Der Weg zum ca. 1,2km entfernten Sandstrand mit kostenlosem Parkplatz ist easy. Wir würden wieder zu ihm in die Bretagne reisen.

Vakantie in Bretagne

We hadden een huisje gehuurd vlak bij Cap Frehel.Het huisje zag er zeer goed uit. Het in- en uitchecken was fijn te noemen. Olivier is een aardige man die ons op een paar interessante punten en plaatsen in de omgeving wees.Als we weer een keertje in de buurt zijn dan zouden we het huisje weer graag huren.
