Ivybridge on 30A is a luxurious 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome, perfect for families. Comfortably sleeps 8, 10 if using the inflatable air mattress.

You'll love how close you are to dining, entertainment, and the beaches - with a quiet retreat back to Ivybridge. You'll enjoy the Prominence community amenities including a 5,000 sq/ft pool surrounded by a massive pool deck and plenty of chaises and shade. We provide beach chairs, bikes, and a 6-person golf cart (50-mile range). Free wifi and internet-enabled TVs throughout the home.

The 1800 sq/ft open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of room to gather and entertain.

Ivybridge is a WINNER

We had a great time during out stay. The home was clean and well stocked with basics (seasonings, basic cleaning supplies, beach items, and laundry detergent). The home is clean and welcoming and I would definitely stay again. Please note one of the bikes need repair but other than that everything was perfect.

Fall Break Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Steve was very helpful, with many great suggestions of things to do in the area. We loved the state park beach. It was beautiful and close to the condo. The pool was perfect and heated to perfection for October temps. The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for our family. We also found a fabulous coffee shop, called Beachy Bean, just down the street that was delicious and so much fun for the whole family. We highly recommend this condo.
