Big Villa centrally located in Reykjavik

Our house is centrally located in the popular part of Reykjavik, it's only 7km drive to Reykjavik city center.
Grocery store, gas station, restaurants ( Mathöll höfða and more ) are It's also within walking distance, from the house you can walk to popular walking paths in beautiful nature in Elliðaárdalur. Outside we have wooden patio with nice Jacuzzi. If you big group traveling together then we have extra apartment in the basement that can be rented out as well. Please contact us for availability.
We have private parking on our property, it's easy to drive outside of Reykjavik from the house, golden circle, south coast etc.
It's 40min away from the Keflavik airport without traffic.

Our house has three floors, you enter the house on the 1st floor, where you have the main kitchen, living room, bathroom and one bedroom. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, from the living room you enter wooden patio where we have jacuzzi, the bedroom on the 1st floor has bunk bed. On the 2nd floor, we have big living room where we have tv and apple tv, Fireplace, sofa area and also sleeping area if needed with 3-4 single beds. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and it's huge, the bed is 2x2 meters, and from the bedroom you have big clothing room and master bathroom, with big shower and bath tub. From the living room in the 2nd bedroom is nice view over the city.
In the basement you have 3 bedrooms, storage room and bathroom, in the three bedrooms we have 3 bunk beds, king size bed and single beds. If your group is big then we also have extra apartment in the basement that we rent out separately, that can be rented with the house, that apartment has bedroom with King size bed and bunk bed in the hallway.

We can provide baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

It's a very nice house in a nice and quiet neighbourhood.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
