The Space:

Relax & Recharge or plan your next great adventure at our quaint condo with lush mangrove and ocean views nestled on 60 secluded acres in Tavernier, a hidden gem between Key Largo and Islamorada.



This immaculate two bedroom two bath condo in building 3 features thoughtful and creative coastal decor that perfectly blends style, comfort, and convenience.



The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite master bathroom and flat screen TV, while

the guest bedroom features a queen bed perfect for family vacationers.

The suite can also accommodate up to six people with the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room which also has a flat screen TV.



The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience.



While the Florida Keys aren't known for their vast beaches, you can still stroll the tropical woodlands and enjoy the sandy beach area within the property. The closest public beach is Anne's Beach, located in south Islamorada. However, we highly recommend getting out on the water to experience the Keys fully.



We have world-class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking, making it a perfect getaway destination. Ocean Pointe is close to a wide range of top notch restaurants, shopping plaza, movie theater, charter fishing, glass bottom boats, swim with the Dolphins park and many more fun places to visit!

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.



Other Things to Note:

→ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



→ Pets & Smoking are prohibited



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



→ MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



→All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
