ADA King near Crabtree, PNC Arena, State Fairgrounds, NCMA

This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't strip or make the bed. If the sheets are still on, I can inspect them easily, and apply spot cleaner, wherever needed. If the bed is stripped, I'd have to remake it to inspect it.
Don't take out the trash. I will do this to ensure recyclables make it into the correct bins.
If you brought a dog, bag the dog poop. That's it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ADA service animals do not require host's approval prior to booking. No pet fees apply, but they can never be left unattended on the property.
Do not use Instant book, if you're bringing any pet. Pets require host's pre-approval. Age, Sex, Weight, Breed. If mixed, specify.

Wasn't able to stay, due to my family circumstances, so I immediately emailed the host before arrival. Even though we knew there were no refunds, he was still gracious enough to offer the cleaning fees to be refunded. I respectfully declined, since it was last minute, but the host was so kind! Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Especially comfortable bed which is completely cleaned after each stay. The gameroom is full of natural light during the day, with wide open views of my forested back yard.
