This is a brand new 4 bedroom/3 fully bath home in Chico. This location is close enough to drive to many area parks and other amenities. Degarmo park is within minutes as well as a community park. This home is great for families and includes a folding crib. Location is quiet yet a very short drive to downtown.

Lovely Home Away from Home
