About this property

Family home with pool near beaches

Ker Maria is the ideal place for a reunion with family or friends, in Quimiac. Located in the town centre, 500m from the beaches of Lanseria or Le Moulin, and 1km from the Toul Ru sailing school, the house can accommodate 21 people + 2 babies. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor and offer an en-suite shower room. The equipment of the house is provided for families: high chairs, cots, changing tables, ping-pong table, table football, fishing equipment on foot...
The garden is enclosed, the 10x4m swimming pool is heated and secured by an electric shutter. The trampoline also keeps the children busy.
For your comfort, a gas barbecue is available on the terrace, as well as many lounges and garden tables.
The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off when you get home from the beach. Possibility to park 4 cars in the garden.
Washing machine and dryer in the basement, 2 refrigerators, a freezer.
The chapel of Quimiac is a few metres away, as are the paths that lead to the marshes. In high season, the Quimiac market located a few metres from the house is present 2 days a week.

Maison spacieuse qui correspondait à nos attentes en terme de places et couchages. Maison un peu vieillissante au niveau de l étage surtout. Cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Superbe piscine chauffée avec mobilier d extérieur. Nous avons passé un super we en famille dans la maison de Olivia. Les enfants ont apprécié la table de ping pong, les adultes ont apprécié l espace ! Tous ont adoré la piscine !

Idéalement situé au niveau des commerces, du marché et de la plage. Belle maison propre et très calme. Idéal pour familles avec enfants (chambres dortoir). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
