You'll have a blast down on the beach just steps away, and there are lots of nearby shops and restaurants to explore while you're here. Once it's time to head home, you'll find a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV awaits, and the full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Call it a night on your balcony, watching the stars come out over the water.

***Beginning in December 2021 and lasting through fall of 2022, there will be work on pressure washing, sealants and wall coatings starting with the north side of the center tower. Use of your private balcony may be limited or disallowed at various times through the project.

No Frills

The living room furniture is cheep and uncomfortable, the bed is a very cheap mattress, no padding and very uncomfortable!!! The bed has no blankets only a thin sheet. The TV is not a smart tv and does not connect to the internet to watch Netflix, Hulu or YouTube. The condo lacks the beach decor. This was the worst condo I have stayed in at Sea Chase. Do Not wast your money on 403C!!!!!

The Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in 403c! The amenities are great and the decor is perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all our cooking utensil needs and the bed was super comfortable. It has the perfect ocean and pool view and our dinner on the balcony was our favorite meal of the trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

The view was amazing. The gaurds were very friendly and helpful. Tammy was just the best. Loved all the pools and hot tubs. The condo was clean. Had some games, books, and DVD.
