Vintage Charm, Modern Comfort
We highly recommend this Santa Barbara gem. The location is fantastic - tucked up on a hill near a park yet close to everything. The architecture, art and appointments throughout the house are warm and elegant. Tons of natural light and great views from the picture window. Plenty of room and very comfortable.

Had a fabulous time at the Piano House. Very comfortable
beds, clean, modern baths and joyful kitchen especially
the tiles. Needed to clean up along the right outside of
the house as well as the barbecue.

Hi, after touring and recording for years with Kenny Loggins, Michael MacDonald, Larry Carlton and others, I settled down in Santa Barbara. This was our family home, restored and updated with care and hopefully good taste. We downsized and now have offered this classic custom home from 1928 to you our guests., with a touch of music still represented in the Living Room by a Grotrian Steinveg Grand Piano, that was originally at the Santa Barbara Mission, I think you'll feel right at home.
