***We are running a per guest special on this home. $350 a night for 1-12 guests, $450 a night for 13-16 guests, and $550 a night for 17-22 guests. I will adjust the pricing before accepting the reservation.***

Welcome to Casa Del Sol! This is a beautiful large home with a great view right near the beach that is perfect for a vacation with friends and family. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home will comfortably sleep 20 guests.

This home is in Playa Encanto, which is a gated community about ten minutes outside of Rocky Point. It is perfect location to spend a day in town and have a peaceful night by the beach!

2 Pets are allowed but are an addition $75 fee for each for necessary deep cleaning afterwards.

House is perfect for large group of 22 people.

Carol the caretaker of the property is very responsive and check in and check out was smooth. The property is well maintained and neat . The highlight among kids and parents is the bunk bed room which can easily accommodate 12 kids in one room 😀 which was perfect for our group and kids loved it and parents were happy that kids don't bother them 😊 And downstairs loft kids say it as perfect kids lounge. Overall I would love to come back to the house next year too. Thanks Carol for quick responses for all my silly questions
