Located in the heart of Venice our house with 3 floors of living space is refined and elegantly Venetian and will lead you to the 5th highest terrace in Venice with a breathtaking view of the Venetian skyline and the Campanile in St Mark’s Square.

Enjoy the privacy and serenity of our beautiful home and give yourselves the time to enjoy all the wonders Venice has to offer. Great for two families, family with children, or a group of friends!

The maximum occupancy: 7 persons.
The space
Conveniently located in the very center of Venice 5 minutes from St Mark’s square, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby, the house is a gem of the Venetian real estate scene where you will be fascinated by spectacular 360° views of Venice from the apartment’s rooftop terraces.

The apartment is laid out on three different levels, is bright and spacious, and has a standout design with Venetian Marmarino on the walls and the very highest quality natural finishes and fittings, many made especially in Murano to showcase the apartment’s authenticity. The house has a warm and welcoming environment, full AC, and features all modern comforts that are perfectly blended with historical charm and Venetian spirit to make you feel at home.

The layout of the apartment is the following:

First floor: Entrance Hall to the apartment. One bedroom that consists of two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Second floor: spacious and elegant living room designed for relaxation and pleasure, 2 stylish queen-size bedrooms that are perfect for a good rest after an eventful day, and a luxury bathroom that is shared between these rooms.

Third floor: The kitchen and dining area, refined and modern, offering the latest appliances in addition to a marvelous view. This in turn leads onto the 2 terraces. A laundry room and half bathroom are also located on this level.
Walking straight onto the private roof terrace and large altana, and then on up to the 5th highest terrace in Venice, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking spectacle of the city and its countless wonders. An ideal place for alfresco dining and to relax and enjoy the scenery of Venice all to yourself and your guests.

AC, heating, luxury linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, and other creature comforts for your convenient and carefree stay are provided. Come and live your fairytale!

Location
You have to climb the stairs to reach the apartment. Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic palazzo and is defined over 3 floors. Believe me, it is worthwhile! You will be rewarded with breathtaking 360-degree views over Venice.

Home away from home

The most incredible gem. I am a fussy neat freak and when I say this place is clean it’s CLEAN! It is also so unbelievably comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need when traveling. The stairs up to the apartment were definitely a hit daunting but I wouldn’t trade the apartment and views for something different.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of everything, Venice. This is the place!

The pictures and description don’t fully capture the beauty of the apartment and access it provides. Watched the sunset on the highest balcony and it was one of the most gorgeous ones I have seen. Great for families for sure. Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs so may be a bit harder for those with mobility issues.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

This apartment was very cool. We had 6 adults and we had plenty of space. It was very well maintained and clean. It is very well made, updated nicely and had everything we needed. The view from the rooftop was great! Nice location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The pistachio gelato is a must! Our checkin was very easy with lots of insights and recommendations. We would definitely come back.

101 steps to 360 degrees of beauty

Great location between Rialto bridge and St. Mark’s Square. COOP grocery store on the street below. Yummy Suso gelato nearby. Fantastic views from the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Great place to come back for a siesta after a walk in the intense heat of Venice. The AC was heavenly. Complimentary bottle of chilled sparkling wine was very much appreciated. We highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely do so again.

Breathtaking view!

Our party of six enjoyed our stay at this magnificent apartment. The location was perfect. It was close to amazing shopping and restaurants, as well as the sites, and away from the mass of people near the Grand Canal. The apartment worked well for us and was quiet and very comfortable. The 360 degree penthouse views are like nothing else I’ve witnessed. We enjoyed every minute of our time on the deck and this property definitely enhanced our stay. The check in process was perfect and Barbara and James were so accommodating and helpful. Without a doubt we would choose the apartment again next time we visit Venice!

Venice Wonder

The apartment was clean and well kept. The views ARE amazing! We loved sitting out on the rooftop decks, sipping wine and watching the sunrise and sunset. It was fun listening to Venice wake up and party into the night. The stairs kept us in shape. I would say that if you are not in shape the walk up to the apartment can be brutal. I think we counted 95 or so steep steps up. Luckily once we got used to them, they were not a problem for us.Barbara was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with. Although I am not savvy with apps and such, she made it very easy. Highly recommend. Once you get past the stairs....the view is AWESOME! Plus it is so conveniently located to everything! So easy to navigate to most anywhere in Venice. And if you ever have any questions or need suggestions Venice 5th is there for you. Absolutely loved our stay and would stay again.

The propert manager does the bare minimum on communication., hard ro find them for check in.

The owner and property manager are very difficult and do not communicate. They changed the meeting location and were late and left us standing in the rain for 30 minutes even thougjh we had advised when we were leaving the airport. We told her the driver said it would take 20 min and she said inllossible it will be 45 and it was 20. She should have met us at the boat dock but made us find her and then charged is for being a late arrival. No book of restaurant spots or things to do. Just very mediocre hosts. House was nice but mattresses are very hard. Told us we lost a key and charged us for it but we didnt and had left both sets on the table. I should have taken a picture i guess. Would not stay here again. Had so many better experiences in Italy w VRBO.

Delightful and spacious penthouse apartment

This property is absolutely lovely! From the warm and helpful check-in to the spacious 3-floor penthouse apartment with a rooftop patio--staying here was the highlight of our 3-week European tour. The communication before we arrived was helpful and efficient. The person who met us at the meeting place to show us to the apartment was very hospitable and warm. The entracce floor has a bedroom that is perfect for young people, kids and teens. It easily fits 3 people. The main floor has two two large bedrooms, including a spacious main bedroom and shared bathroom. The sitting area is comfortable and decorated with local artwork, such as the famous glass. The top floor has a well-stocked kitchen with all appliances and the amenities (coffee maker, 2 refrigerators, stove, small appliances etc.). The rooftop patio has a great view of Venice and offers beautiful 360-views in both the morning and evening. We were completely satisfied!

Die schöne Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Möbel funktional und schön. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
