It's Beautiful Here!

My home is a contemporary townhome only a short walk from the Palm Springs International Airport. The neighborhood is extremely safe as the police department and city hall are only a couple of buildings away. Also, the direct bus-line is across the street which loops around the town.
What I like most about my home is that both bedrooms have balconies with sliding glass doors above the ground level. So, you feel added protection and you can always sleep with the doors open. The townhome is a multilevel townhome. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Next, as you wonder up a half-flight of stairs is the master bedroom and bathroom. The very top floor of the townhome has a loft bedroom, bathroom, and larger balcony.
I feel that that finishes here are a pleasurable environment to experience. The main floor and bathrooms are beautifully tiled, while the rest of the home has acacia hardwood floors. The kitchen boasts a Viking range and dishwasher. There is a side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and all the kitchen appliances that you will ever need.
This townhome is my home and I think that you will find it your home away from home. Lastly, this community is very low key. We have 4 different swimming pools (2 of which are heated all winter) along with 4 heated jacuzzis and tennis courts. On most days, no one is using the swimming pools...plus there are 4 to choose from. There are pools on each side of the house (just far enough away). The laundry is set-up in the garage. There is a driveway in front of the residence and plenty of parking. The home as internet, Sling TV, 2 Smart TV's, and new AC and Gas Central Heating. This rental is a minimum of 30 nights of stay.
