I really enjoyed my weekend stay in Greensboro. The condo was clean and the hostess did a wonderful job ensuring we had everything we needed for the weekend.

Nice place

The area is a little busy. Otherwise, it is a nice little place. It is good and clean. The place has your typical amenities and then some. All in all, it was a great experience.

Clean unit, nice location, a bit noisy

Check in staff were great, no problems with stay other than the location is near a hospital or something and you get loud ambulance sirens fairly frequently. If you're a heavy sleeper, shouldn't be an issue.

street takeover outside at 2 am

There was literally a street takeover outside the apartment building at 2 a.m. First, we woke up to two ghetto women screaming and fighting for almost a half hour. Next, there were about a half dozen cars at the intersection doing burn-outs. Finally, four men got into a fight and it was an all out brawl in the middle of the street. It was absolutely crazy! It is too bad, because I use to live in Greenville and that area is/used to be a very nice area. smh!

Great location

Condo was well-equipped and had a great community pool. Easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. You only get one key, so that takes some planning. Quick responses from manager.
