Experience pure relaxation in the heart of untouched nature. This Quinta is set on a 25,500 m² private property and offers a unique atmosphere that appeals to nature lovers and those seeking peace and tranquility. Surrounded by green landscapes and only a few kilometers from the idyllic Barragem da Bravura reservoir, this Quinta is the perfect retreat for large groups or families looking for relaxation away from tourist areas.

The Quinta consists of two separate apartments, ideal for groups of up to 14 people.

The larger apartment (150 m²) accommodates up to 10 people over two floors. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds), and three bathrooms (two with showers, one of which is en-suite, one with a bathtub) and a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one with a shower and WC, one with WC only).

The smaller apartment (80 m²) for four people includes a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a shower room.

The spacious outdoor area features an 8 x 4 meter pool, perfect for refreshing dips on hot summer days. Relax on the sun terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, and umbrellas, or prepare a delicious meal on the built-in barbecue. Wi-Fi is available in both apartments.

A car is necessary, and the road to the property is partially unpaved. A typical Portuguese restaurant is 3.7 km away, where you can end an eventful day with coffee or a Portuguese dinner on the terrace. The charming village of Bensafrim, 13 km away, has everything you need for daily life – from a small supermarket to cafés and restaurants. The historic city of Lagos, known for its beautiful beaches, is just 19 km away, and the beaches of the South and West Algarve are approximately 20 to 30 minutes away.

Esteve tudo muito bem e as condições da casa são boas. O único senão é o facto de não existir rede de telemóvel o que implica que as comunicações apenas sejam possíveis através da rede de wi-fi disponível.

Boa casa para grupos grandes ou famílias

Apreciei bastante a estadia nesta casa onde estive juntamente com mais 5 casais. Havia espaco, material e utensilios suficientes para todos. A única coisa a apontar é ser localizado a pelo menos 30min das praias mas tanto se pode ir ao Algarve como Costa Alentejana.

Excellent séjour familial à la Quinta Gonçalves

Belle propriété en pleine campagne, un peu sauvage, mais très jolie. Vaste maison, bien calme où chacun avait sa place (nous étions 13). Voiture nécessaire pour tous accès (plages, commerces, randonnées...). L'accès par le chemin caillouteux est carrossable. Accueil agréable par Britta. Nous avons eu besoin de la rappeler dans les 24-48h pour des aménagements (parasol, eau chaude sanitaire qui ne marchait pas bien). Belle piscine pour petits et grands, bien propre et entretenue. Visite d'un voisin pendant notre séjour. Mais séjour globalement très positif.

NOT PERFECT! FAULTS COULD HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED BY A MORE CAREFUL INSPECTION BEFORE THE LET.

Positives: 1.The owner/rep was polite and handled our business in a timely fashion. 2.There was complimentary food and drink available on our late arrival. 3.The Quinta was clean and there was adequate crockery, utensils etc. Negatives: 1.The Quinta can only be reached down 600m of rough tracks. Most hire cars would not be insured for damage caused on such tracks. 2.On arrival, no hot water for 20 hours. A battery required changing. 3.Main bedroom door warped and therefore no seal against heavy rain. Floor flooded on first night and remained damp throughout. 4.Coffeee machines did not work. 5.Pool walls below water level appeared dirty. Pool was not cleaned. 6.Lounger chair cushions and the external chairs and tables and the pool play equipment all shown on the Villa website photos were not supplied. 7.Bedside lighting not sufficient to read by. 8.BBQ grill missing. When provided it was in a filthy condition. Took 30 minutes scrubbing before use. 9.Upstairs bedrooms and en-suites are built under very low sloping ceilings and exposed purlins. I knocked my head every time I used the bathroom. Anyone more than 1.8m tall will need to stoop.

Casa cuidada y en buen estado. La casa es bonita y la piscina pequeña pero cumple su función. Hay dos camas de matrimonio que son muy pequeñas. La descripción dice que tiene mucho terreno, pero quitando lo que sale en las fotos no hay más terreno aprovechable. Acceso por camino de tierra
