This spectacular 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has all you need for making the most of your Sunriver vacation! You'll enter to find a cozy living room with space for the whole family, a kitchen perfect for your family and holiday meals, and a back deck with gas BBQ and patio seating for taking in the beauty of Sunriver.

On the main level, you'll also find the first king ensuite bedroom with attached bath and TV and a second bedroom with two twin trundles and TV. Full bathroom/laundry room are right down the hall.

Head upstairs to find three more bedrooms: the second king ensuite bedroom with attached bath and TV, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom and another full bathroom.

Where the fun really begins is in the garage turned rec/game room where you'll find ping pong, pool, foosball, darts, and TV. And, as if that wasn't enough, bikes (including a bike trailer) are provided for your enjoyment and 12 complimentary Sharc passes are included.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great home

Beautiful home. It had more than enough room for our group. We had 4 sets of couples, 3 babies and 2 kids. Everyone was happy to have their own rooms (especially the older 2 kids). The house was clean and the game room/garage was a major hit. We would be happy to stay here again!

Fun Family Home

We brought our entire family to Sunriver for Christmas and to find some snow to play in! The house was perfect for the 11 of us with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was a little tight around the dining table and bar for Christmas dinner as there was so much snow we couldn’t use the outdoor tables for extra seating….. but we made it work! The game room was a life saver with the children….. they got loud and a bit rowdy and we could barely hear them upstairs.! Great house for a large family gathering… plenty of dishes and cooking items and even a few spices that we had forgotten at home and were able to use at the house.
