AMAZING PLACE

Amazing villa with a wonderful panoramic view of the bay. Clean, spacious accommodation with many places to relax. Large and heated swimming pool with sea view. A beautiful beach just a few steps from the villa. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended and thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Magnifique villa et vue exceptionnelle.

Belle villa a quelques pas de la mer avec une belle vue sur la baie d’ajaccio. Belle piscine privee et grande terrasse pour de bons moments entre amis. La plage d’argent est a environ deux kilometres et merite sa reputation avec son sable blanc et l’eau limpide et calme. Le proprietaire a été très prompt à réagir lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci avec la cuisinière. Il manque seulement un BBQ et quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour les amateurs de bonne viande grillée.

Maison placée en bord de mer accessible par un portillon, à 50 m d’une petit plage peu fréquentée. Bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Piscine très agréable. Propriétaires réactifs et présents. 3 belles chambres spasieuses avec sdb. On regrette juste l’absence de barbecue ou de parasol pour la plage. Un excellent séjour.

Komfortable Panoramavilla am Meer

Wir (ein allein reisendes Paar) haben den zweiwöchigen Sommeraufenthalt in diesem eleganten, klimatisierten Haus direkt am Meer sehr genossen. Es ist geschmackvoll, originell und recht praktisch eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts! (Im Notfall kann man Baguette oder Wein einfach mal direkt beim absolut ruhigen Campingplatz nebenan kaufen…) Durch die vielen bodentiefen, verschiebbaren Glaswände lebt man immer inmitten der wunderschönen mediterranen Landschaft. Atemberaubend ist der Panoramablick von der weitläufigen Terrasse oder vom großzügigen Infinity-Pool, seitlich führt der Blick hoch in die Berge. Auf der oberen Terrasse findet man von etwa 10 bis 18.00 Uhr Schatten, während man auf der unteren Terrasse, am Pool oder im Garten die Sonne oder kühle Plätzchen genießen kann. Zur glasklaren, fischreichen Meeresbucht und zum ruhigen Strand „Plage de Verghia“ sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Ansonsten ist man in wenigen Minuten auch am weitläufigen, feinsandigen „Plage d argent“. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und wirklich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Auch in der schwierigen Corona-Zeit haben sie sich als geduldig und zuverlässig erwiesen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden kleinere Nachfragen (z.B. zu Geräten) sofort per SMS beantwortet oder konnten bei einer kurzen abgesprochenen Visite des Besitzers geklärt werden. Bei wundervollem Wetter und dem in diesem Jahr sicher besonders ruhigem Tourismus in der Gegend konnten wir uns bestens erholen - zumal die nahe Strandbar geschlossen war. Tagsüber hört man etwas von der Straße oder vom Strand, aber nachts schlummert man bei Meeresrauschen… – Herz, was willst du mehr? Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wiederkommen könnten… ;=)

La maison est magnifique . Une vue à couper le souffle . Partout : la mer. Maison parfaitement pensée et équipée . Sehr sauberes und schönes Ferienhaus, nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Grosszügiges Wohn/Esszimmer mit offener Küche, schöne grosse Terrasse, die mittags schattig ist, was vor allem im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Dank der Klimaanlagen kann man sehr heisse Nächte/Tage gut verleben. Der Strand ist klein, aber sehr schön und hat eine nette Strandbar/Restaurant. Weitere lange Sandstrände sind in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 5 Min Autofahrt entfernt.

Sehr tolle Lage, sehr stilvolles Haus. Wunderbar. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Nette Vermieter. Am Anreisetag wäre ein etwas früheres Beziehen des Hauses wünschenswert.
